I agree that has do with why the majority play those two sports and not others such as lacrosse golf etc..

However it doesn't explain why they excel,It only explains why more play it

So all the research and comments from scientest is just ignorance and wrong? Why becasue you say it is?

All your using to disagree with it is your own opinion.

they excel bc they practice.if thats all you know than more inlikely thats all you will play.the ignorance is based on fiz talking out the side of his neck and not from the research.im not disagreeing just stating.

What the fug I get the NFL Network as part of UNC's basic cable package. Reason # 541 I regret going to fuging UNCC for undergrad.

to be fair if you went to uncc you probably didn't have any better options :)

Yes, I wasn't able to get into UNC or any other good schools coming out of high school, but suddenly became exponentially smarter over four years thanks to UNCC's fabulous program. ;)

Nah, UNCC's okay, besides having the atmosphere of a community college. I think getting a football team will help with that though.

      I think his stats will depend on the development of the rookies and sophomore receivers, which isn't totally under is control. The eye test is a different story. Has to consistently look the part before you decide to pay him Purdy money.

      Interestingly I think we have kind of of gone through this as an organization. Richardson implemented an FO driven tank. Bad roster, no cash spent, coach uninterested. It may have been for different reasons but I think the results were the same. A team that wasn't going to win many if any games. We ended up with the #1 pick. Cam Newton came in and changed the franchise. It worked, but Cam himself pointed to the losing culture in the locker room needing to be changed. It probably took about 2-3 years for that to happen. Tank worked pretty damn well for us. Cam is one of one. Not another like him, everyone can't deliver on his draft status AND change a culture basically on his own.  So as an exercise here are the last 30 #1 picks. If you tanked and got to pick #1 how many of these guys do you think were worth it? Not just good players, but franchise changers. Guys who will take your culture and shift it so the tank was actually worth it.
