I need recommendations for a place to stay in Raleigh, NC

I will be traveling through Raleigh each month. I need recommendations for a place to stay in a hotel.

Things to know:

I only stay in Marriott Hotels

I like lots of dining options that are easy to access from the hotel (either by walking, or a short drive).

I need a place that is centralized in the city, where I can access major highways, etc...

Thanks in advance!

Hard to say...the Triangle town center one is near the new mall, but there is some issues with the area the more you head into town (minicity area).

The other is near Duke Raleigh hospital and near North Hills mall and closer to downtown to get to lots of better restaurants, BUT it's near the beltline. Don't know how old it is and how that one is. You're right at the inner beltline and can get to most anything fast. The other is on the outer beltline area and while nice right at the mall...that's about it.

I'd say a lean to the one off Wake Forest Rd, but not by much.

I don't really worry about safety, but if you are...

Only areas of concern should be near Wake Med area and into town from there...and around the Moore Union Square area and heading south/southeast from there. You'll notice there are some issues around Triangle Town center mall/minicity area that I warned you about.

    • Rotating in Chuba was beyond stupid and really hurt our offense overall. We’ve been in a good rhythm the last 6 quarters or so but Canales figured disrupting that with Chuba would be worth it Rico fits this offense so much better than Chuba    As far as grades go I know that ain’t our RB1, starting Center and our supposedly deep WR room and exciting talented young TE in dead last. Weird. I wonder if that has any correlation on QB play  Even that first incomplete ball Bryce threw in the end zone that hit Legette’s hands. Legette had no business being there so early. Legette went into scramble drill when that ball was intended for Coker who led up because of the traffic there
    • Yeah Jets have pretty much been in every game they've played and have barely lost to really good teams. They are much better than their record says Imo
    • I kinda just wanna see what the offense can do with a QB who has proven he can move the football in the NFL. If Dalton wasn't a shadow of his former self I'd be fine with him but Father Time has definitely caught up with him. If we start piling up the losses as the schedule gets tougher and the passing offense continues to be anemic that might cast Canales his job and it's worth a very low risk move IMO to at least give him a fighting chance. The thought of yet another Tepper rebuild just isn't at all exciting to me having already seen a few of them. I'm about giving this current guy a fighting chance.
