Nice one.

New neighbors across the street from me are military kids who work at Port Hueneme. Their plates are from Montana which explains a lot. He and his girl friend both drive dually diesel pickups. She's a little 5'2" spinner and it's hilarious when she jumps into this huge diesel scow to run to the market. Anyway the guy has a remote starter as many people do in Montana so they can start the car under adverse weather conditions and leave it run 15 minutes to warm up and defrost the windshield etc. Only he hasn't realized yet he's in SoCal where it's 70 in the spring and so when he starts it every morning at 5;45 and leaves it running 20 minutes or so he's simply wasting diesel. I feel bad for his next door neighbors as the truck sits maybe 40' from their master bedroom window and has an after market vroom vroom exhaust.

Common sense/courtesy in this world is indeed a rare thing

      Damn Logan Jones had a good day too. Was high on him coming in as he anchored that top Iowa line and is a fire plug inside. He's gonna be 25 to start the season so maybe he slips into the 4th but I doubt it, even if C isn't a premium position. His play on the field was top notch and the combine boosted it again. Arm length is about the only knock. But guy is plug and play at C.   This is a loaded class at C. Need to grab one.

      Bryce will be permanently replaced by a draft pick. There's not another Sam Darnold out there to save us. Tepper is going to see this throw because he dumped Mayfield and Darnold too soon. He's going to give it 1 more year before he will sign off on dumping another 1st round pick qb. Thats the cold hard truth of it. It doesn't mean we can't get younger and much better at the backup position.

      Maybe I should have used a different word and saved that for me. I want someone that has something impressive about them.  Someone that has potential to supplant a guy who is producing 25th best type of numbers. 22nd, 27th all that bottom third neighborhood.  I don’t know where that will come from it just can’t be from even a 4th round pick this year IMO. Unless FA is crazy productive.    I’ll give Bryce a better than bottom rating for his playoff game. Well above low twenties. But at least half of his games were bottom third level. Probably 2/3 to 3/4 of them were.
