Supplemental income...

I work at a pawn shop on Saturdays, make about $500/month + commission.. Used to hang flatscreens on weekends, easy money there. Told people to check BestBuy.com, they used to charge about $300+ to hang up to a 32in, was almost $500 for a bigger TV. I'd hang any TV for $200, plus $20 for rings & noseplates. Would average $80-100/hour, depending. Loved the easy hang & bang, could get done inside 90mins, did 1 in 75mins once....Once.... Used to feel bad about it, then they'd pay me........ Have no idea what BB charges now....

Ive found myself a nice little niche, i lucked into it. I could tell you, but its mostly done on the internet and i wouldnt want you taking money out of my hand. My advice, luck into something that quadruples your investment everytime you make a sale :)

My wife looked at Rodan and Fields while she goes on maternity for 12 weeks.

I have a coworker and we've gotten into App development on night and weekends. I should have my first one released by summer....if it takes off then great. If not it's worth the gamble plus I get some satisfaction from thinking of an idea and making it a real product.

How much extra a month do you want?

I had a buddy that worked at pottery barn for 6 months before he bought his house. Saved that money in an account then bought $10k worth of furniture for $5k because of the discount.

jj- see if you can go the turn key route first, meaning, similar to what happy said about pizzas, find something you can step right into and start making extra money as opposed to trying to start something from the ground up. as you know, your free time is squeezed as is and with kid 2 coming even more so.

i forgot who out here posted it but someone works for dish. do that on the wkds, maybe even get free dish and kill two birds with one rock.

This is going to sound political... But whatever.

You may not have an income issue, you may have a spending issue.

Track every dollar, and see what you can cut.

Check out goodwill for clothes deals instead of the store. Politely decline dinners out with friends. Start selling stuff. Sell your car and get a beater.
