Just because Cam dropped weight doesn't mean he didn't stay fit

Those who work out and are in shape can gain or lose 10 lbs in a matter of days......I float between 182 and 192....on my recovery week I hit 192 easy, but a couple days into my work outs I'm back down to 187 and then 182 after a week.  

 

I'm sure Cam at 250 can lose 5 lbs after taking a poo!

Wow!!! That guy is way too jacked for MMA. Zero flexibility is not good when guys bend your joints in directions they're not supposed to go.

He will be quicker and faster

So much broscience up in this thread by people who don't even lift.  I'm going to assume you weigh less then 300 lbs, and I'm also going to assume there are plenty of NFL players around 300 pounds that are quicker and faster then you are.

 

Bodyweight has no direct correlation to quickness/speed, but bodyfat does.  Now whether Cam was able to lose minimum amounts of muscle and lowered his bodyfat, or if he just lost 8 lbs of both, then he may actually be(very marginally) slower since his muscles, aka the engine that drives his explosiveness, are slightly weaker.

yeah, its pretty hilarious watching him kick and punch with how stiff he is. It's like you know what to expect and you know its not gonna be good, but then its worse. He's just so damn strong though, if he wraps you up and gets on top he can turn your face in to hamburger real quickly.

 

Man Im gonna miss Butterbean when he retires. Who's gonna be the "you must be this tall to ride the ride" guy then?
