So the police are trying to pin a crime on me?

So, sorry if this OP is fully of typos, I'm still freaking out a little. Anyways.. I've never been arrested in my life but most of my family has been many times, the cops fuging hate me for it too.. I've been abused and kicked around before just because they thought I was someone else. Needless to say, I have no arrest record but a long record with the police.

Last night around 2:15 AM I started hearing loud bangs outside, I tried to check it out from my porch a few times but I didn't think anything of it. It could of just been someone slamming the dumpster. Anyways I was dead wrong.. When we woke up this morning my family MANY bricks had been taken from my yard, I didn't think much of it but it wasn't much longer until the police showed up asking if my house had been broken into or any windows smashed. We said no.. They said someone had used some bricks to break into a few homes and smash some cars etc etc.. I was like whoa I'm missing some bricks and I told them what I had heard last night. They left, only to come back 15 minutes later telling me they believe I probably did it. Being rude as fug to me and my family. They keep coming back *5 five times today, feeding me a line of crap and telling me not to be surprised if they come back with an arrest warrant? WHAT THE fug MAN? They keep driving by my house like I'm Aaron fuging Hernandez. They also are trying to tie my long time friend into this who I've not seen in 2 weeks. Cops said they are DNA testing the bricks, which is hilarious because it was pouring rain last night.

Does anyone have any advice? the scary part is I use these bricks around my firepit and I've probably touched them a million times.

Can anybody corroborate your story?

Everyone in my family confirmed I didn't leave the house, my neighbors even tried saying that I am a great person that would never do such a thing, I have a full night of FB chats, I have been showing them hardcore proof all day and they don't give a fug.

I live in a great neighbor hood where people just don't do this kinda poo. I don't know why the police are doing this to me.

Could be very random somebody came thru and grabbed bricks for a crime. I doubt it. Prly some bored teens with no brains and nothing better to do and pack mentality took over and here we are.

I can't understand how the police don't understand that.. Never arrested in my life but they had to tell me 15 times to my face they believe I did this. Such a fuging childs crime.

Tell them firmly you can prove you were at home and they can't prove poo. Tell them to get a warrant and you have nothing else to say.

Do it nicely but firmly.

Then lock your door and have your lawyer on speed dial.

Also record every interaction with them on your smartphone.

Don't let them in your house.

    • Last night was the classic example of a visiting team just holding on through the wave of emotion a home team has at the start of a big time game. Bama’s first two kickoff returns really set them back as far as playcalling and allowed OU to dictate field position. The emotion of the home crowd fed into what OU was doing at that point, and it felt like Bama would not be able to overcome that.     Once the kickoff returner was told to fair catch every kick, the game shifted, as Bama wasn’t starting each drive inside their own 15. It was then that Bama was able to make some plays, outscoring OU 34-7 the rest of the way.  I think the last 3/4 of the game proves Bama was the better team. OU was just able to ride the initial wave of emotion to a big lead, but Bama held on just enough.  However, had OU blocked the punt on Bama’s second drive and scored a TD (vice a FG on the ensuing drive), things likely would have been different.  Anyway, Roll Tide!
