Here's a google cached result from 2009 of that number, on a myspace page for Cameron Newton, age 30, of Lawrenceville, GA.

Now, either two different Cameron Newton's have somehow managed to be assigned that number consecutively, or this is a made up attempt to tie a Googled version of Cam's "number" to a girl who is trying to get her name known in the media (especially since she just became a radio host in California.)

 

Furthermore, the twitter account in question (https://twitter.com/CameronNewton/following) doesn't show any history of following anyone, or use of any kind.

Yeah, Twitter puts a space between the name, because it doesn't use the Twitter handle, it uses the "real name" which on Cam's account is "Cameron Newton" with a space. It's fake.
