Seahawks using Cooling Glove

Keep Pounding

Recommended Posts

I posted an article  awhile ago about using this cooling glove technology.  For some reason I can't pull up my old post, but here is the link below from NFL.com.

Now during the game I noticed the players on the Seahawks using the glove on the sidelines between possessions.  Picture below.  Excuse the picture, took with camera phone.

Below is a graphic of showing the use of the glove vs PED's.

Now not only does this glove give you the same amount of enhancement as PED's, it also works great I guess in lowering your core temperature between possessions.

My question is, did anyone at the game see our players using this technology?

THOUGHTS?

so the seahawks needed to cheat AND have the panthers shoot themselves in the foot to win?

It is not cheating, it obviously is allowed by the NFL....

I just wonder why we are using fans blowing mist and not both.....

We should use it during OTAS, mini camp, Training camp, and throughout the season during games and practice.....

Yes, and it is actually a DR that works for Stanford, one of the highest ranked Med Schools in the US..

It's pretty cool, wouldn't be surprised to see all teams trying this. Kind of like the next Gatorade, starts in one place, and soon everyone has it.

    • I watched a clip of all the offensive snaps. Young threw into some tight coverage and the guys made some plays on the ball. He also really missed some throws.  He has this middle of the field thing into a tight window pretty good and made three or four nice plays but he was just too inconsistent with his accuracy especially in the red zone. Today and in general.    That Int where people were chastising Legette for ‘not fighting through the coverage’, he in no way could have gotten to that ball. IMO. I think he thought it was going to hit the ground and didn’t see the defender coming for it. But not sure what he could have done. The camera doesn’t show the spatial relationship very well, I think the ball was way off. maybe 6 feet or more off target to the inside of the field.  Rico is a beast. And a very good receiver.   That was my impression without dissecting and rewinding, just letting the video roll. I did rewind the int two or three times to look at that one.
    • My biggest issue with keeping Darnold, which I felt we should have done, is we would still have Fitterer. And everything that came with that.  I think Morgan is going to be good.  Baker, just did not play well at all here. Not sure what else we were supposed to take away from it at the time.  That’s my short ‘I don’t want to argue about it’ take.
    • Even if we somehow make the playoffs we will be one and done so fast. Seattle, Rams, TB, Panthers, Detroit and Philly are all better than us.
