Watching the Seahawks destroy the 49ers makes me...

I honestly feel like the Seahawks offense was a little more wide open against the 49ers. Keap looked BADDDD though. He looked worse than I've ever seen Cam look and was seriously on par with Christian Ponder.

I wish same game QB comparisons weren't made because they are a moot point. The "battles" are good for headlines but ultimately, two QBs can not be compared in a game against eachother. However, common opponents can be used to make Comparisons. Cam looked light years better than Keap and the entire 49ers offense did tonight.

Our season is not lost but we don't get the luxury of playing the AFC south the next four weeks. We have got to start winning or this season is a wash. I really don't want to start looking forward to NEXT August because i am too young to waste all the great young 20's have left on stressing over a hapless, leaderless, American football organization headed by a rich fugger who is stuffing his bank account with money I don't have but spend anyway.

Get your act together or I may have to start a revolution. Who wants to meet in front of BOA stadium and basically strike being a Panthers can until Rivera is fired?

As a Bay Area resident, I'm so happy to not have to listen to Kap lovefest for a week.

That said, I'd still rather have Niners offensive gameplan. At least they go for it.

For f*ck's sake, did no one watch the goddamn game?!?!!? THEY DIDN'T GO FOR IT. They were at the f*cking 3 yard line down 12-0 and KICKED A F*CKING FIELD GOAL!!!!!

Will you people stop f*cking slobbering over the gameplan for teams that clearly did not do what you think they did?

No way I can feel better after what happened today.  For two weeks in a row now this team has proven they are exactly what we hoped they wouldn't be coming into this season.  There's nothing at all fuging different, we've been saying this same "Oh well, we played them better than this good team did" or "But we almost won!  If it wasn't for ____!" poo since Rivera got here.

I was one of the Rivera optimists last year, but I'm officially done now unless he suddenly channels his inner Vince Lombardi, which I don't see happening.  This fuger needs to be gone by season's end... this team has no urgency whatsoever and he couldn't fuging outcoach "Ask Madden".  He constantly does the same poo despite getting the same results, has no idea how to adjust, and goes overly conservative with less than a 7 point lead.  I felt downright sick after today's game.

One team was shut out playing from behind.

The other was playing with a lead not to lose.

Giants 52 Panthers 5 yah 5

You are such an awful troll.

Eli Manning may end up passing for a poo ton of yards on us. But he has already thrown seven (yes, seven) interceptions through two games. If we can actually get pressure to him, he is going to gift wrap some turnovers.

Also, the Giants defense has given up back to back 30+ point performances in their losses.

I have to be honest, seeing this made me feel a little better.  Seeing Seattle crush SF, and seeing Kaepernick have SUCH a terrible game makes me feel a lot better about Cam and how he handled last week.  It certainly doesn't make me feel any better about the coaches, but if anything it proves to me we have the talent to hang with the big boys.  It's just our inept coaching that's holding us back.

that's too much of an if. front 7 is neutralized with soft zone coverage.

    • this     I never cease to be amazed at the number of people who will run up their blood pressure to get to the grocery store 30 seconds faster or are racing to get to work like it won’t be there at 8:02.   The only thing I’ve ever done that I think added more years to my life besides quitting smoking, was to learn to go with the flow behind the wheel.
    • The term you're looking for is "malinger(ed)", and he didn't.  I'm not sure why Panthers fans act like jaded ex girlfriends.  The dude is clearly injury prone as his time in San Fransico also proves. It's not like he got to San Fran and stopped having problems.
    • My long and rambling post:   The guy is all heart, and I wouldn’t be surprised if he came back even better next year. He’s exactly the guy you lock up. The money won’t ever change the way he plays.  It was a big fumble, but what 1,000 yard back fumbles once in an entire season?  Pride. This team is FINALLY seeing guys who obviously take the game very seriously. Hunt, Chuba, Thielen, Brown, Horn (CB), Coker, Bryce (IMHO). Bye bye, Spider-Man. I don’t see these dudes being OK with teammates half-assing practice or in games. I can see Brown and Horn coming over to talk to somebody.  Good team? Ummm, maybe, but will still likely lose more close games than they win unless this last draft turns in to LOB part 2. That’s a stretch.  Pretty good/decent team. Yes. They finished the season as a pretty good team. I know I sound like a broken record harping back to it, but going in to ATL and putting a 40 burger on them en route to an OT win. A bad Panthers team would have had their brakes beaten off. We’ve seen it.  Rose colored glasses on and bonging a 40 of hopium: There are watershed moments that occur that change the course of franchises, both good and bad. If Fox doesn’t pull Rodney at halftime, the epic journey that was 2003 never happens. On the negative side, Cam taking that one hit from Watt was the end of any and all Panthers relevancy and we’ve been the biggest losers in all of pro sports as a result. Watershed moments. LOB draft. Vinny goes down and the goat is born.  Will the ATL game be the spark that this franchise has desperately needed? Could it be that they hit the mega million jackpot with Princley and Scourton as eat QBs for breakfast? Sure would be nice having 2 all-pro edge guys on the cheap for the next 4 years.  A lot of unknowns, but at least it actually feels  fun again.
