play calling and o line.........it's stupid to see cam getting mash like he did and still call these long developing passing plays, we abandon the run game as well.......tired of this coaching staff not playing to our strengths but further exposing them week in and out

This. Why we abandon the run after the first series when we have several feature running backs and a running QB is beyond me.

I know Chip Kelly is a genius and Kaepernick and Bob Griffin the turd are the best QBs in NFL history and the Patriots and Packers are undefeated despite not having a decent running back, but sometimes you have to sack up and run the damn ball.

That's a system implementation. That's routes being designed. Ginn is the ONLY receiver that gets off the line like THAT. Speed kills which is why I was so disappointed we released Gettis, but he couldn't stay healthy

That is enough time for Ginn to Run a 30 yard route..Smitty to run a 20 yard route and Lafell to run a 20 yard route, they are basically the same speed now..and let's face it if they are running over 20 yards they are covered. 4 seconds is enough time indeed.

Yeah but what if they're being jammed... you have to take that in consideration too. Running the route the perfect way or correct way or even running the full route, no half-assing

Like I keep saying also, 3 receivers running routes only isn't going to work in today's NFL

I thought about the jam...something has to be done...Either they are running insanely complex routes..are too slow to run them quick enough or they complete them and Cam does not make the throw and holds the ball..Either way something extreme has to be done, most of the time I think the OL holds long enough on the sacks.

Enough blame to go around on all of them.

Hard to tell how many are coverage sacks and how many are Cam just holding the ball too long.

But if you want a QB that just throws it away every time his first couple of reads are not open we will be even worse on offense.

The play calling and offensive scheming can help also.

To be honest if he would have thrown the ball out of bounds people would bitch the same. Fact is you could see him go threw his progression, no one was open though.
