Well he quickly deflected the question about Rico's "almost 7 YPC." He is very polished and he transitioned well to non-answers and side steps. I can see why a guy like him was able to pull the wool over on guys like Tepper. -
31st rushing D and 8 carries by Rico is coaching. Rico is easily the best offensive weapon right now and it’s not really close. *literally everyone knows Dalton is washed, horrible and shouldn’t even be a backup QB. Drive 1? ZERO carries. Coaching. Drive 2 - Rico was playing great. Did Canales lean into that or go for “balance”? Coaching. Drive 3 - ZERO carries. Coaching Drive 4 - 1 carry and opted for Jimmy Horn gadget rush (you can’t stick with the Horn repetitive gadget runs each week and that’s not a better idea than getting Rico going) Drive 5 - basically Dalton heavy as the half expired. I don’t need to watch a game to know it’s coaching. The gameplan wasn’t about setting Rico up to go off on a trash rush D. It was bullshit harmony balance of the rush and the pass and making Hubbard feel good.
