Why are people getting excited over Cam's play today?

i don't think anyone worth theri salt woulmd disagree they would feel a TON better if we had more come from behind wins.

at some point we have to win a close one.

my only gripe for Cam and it wasn't that bad today is just chunk it instead of taking a sack. maybe a little more touch on the ball here and there but my complaint list for him is small.

It get were you are coming from, but someone said this today about Big Ben and I think it applies to Cam as well, " for every negative play he has from holding on to the ball too long I will show you another where he made a play not giving up and extending the play"

With guys like that it is give and take

If you think that game against the Jags is good enough for you, then great! Jolly gee, I guess I'm just completely wrong here. Guys, a TD pass thrown with 4:20 left against a terrible team back in September 2011 proves that Cam Newton NFL quarterback is TOTALLY clutch, right?

In 2010 he overcome a 20 or 30 something point 2nd half deficit to defeat Alabama. The same Alabama that won the BCS Championship the 2 years before & after Can was at Auburn. Good enough for me.

Wanna hear a riddle?

Why has Alabama won 4 of 5 National Titles & not 5 straight?

CAAAM WOOOOAAH CAM

Debby Downer alert: He's been able to blow a few teams out every year, not one person has said he can't.

The Panthers have been able to blow a few teams out now and then. When their talent is simply superior to the other teams.

Why? Piss poor Coaching. In close games we get our asses handed to us in half time adjustments and strategy virtually every time.

BTW, I always enjoy your work SMF, keep it up.  B)
