What the bucs fans are saying

Happy Panther

You are out of your mind if you think the falcons would trade ryan for ANYONE much less a loser qb like cam.

Ryan is the franchise qb and face of the franchise not some stop gap and he is BETTER then cam. Why in the world would the falcons want cam? The panthers would be dumb not to take ryan!

Ryan is a top 5 qb, cam may not even be top 10

Ryan a top 5 QB?

LOL....not even Atl fans believe that.

Our offense is decimated with injuries but they are still better then your offense. Why?

We have a even worse offensive line

No run game

No recievers

Yet we are better then you on offense.

Why?

Matt ryan that's why.

Matt Ryan is also NFC player of the week

Show some respect

We have been decimated with injuries the past 2 years but somehow that never creeps into the conversation which is how we feel about the Falcons.  It happens to everyone sooner or later.  Now you know what it feels like.

Why are we not talking defense here?  Maybe because yours sucks and has for years.  Offense in isolation rarely makes the difference.  Look at New Orleans, they have one of the top offenses in the league year in and year out.  But they contend when their defense is good not their offense.  The best statistic is look at points for versus points against.

We are basically scoring 10 more points a game than we are giving up on defense.  Meanwhile Atlanta is giving up a point more on defense than they are scoring.  That is a losing formula is anyone's book.

Ryan is in the top 5 in most qb rankings. Including the ones on espn, nfl, jaws, bleacher report, cbs etc.

What exactly are you saying? Most qb rankings you will see will have ryan at 5. He was actually #4 in br end of the year rankings

Try again

When have the panthers ever had 12 STARTERS out like the falcons?

The panthers may have had some injuries but they weren't decimated by injuries like atl.

Jay glazer said the falcons have more key injuries in a season then he has ever seen a team have.

On offense alone we are without both starting recievers, starting rb, starting fb, starting LT and starting RT.

Only 3 players on the falcons offense right now were STARTERS at their position on last years team

aaawwwwww....

Don't even try and use that in a few weeks. The Panthers have been desimated by injury for years. Don't come here looking for sympathy.

I came here to talk football with you guys.

Why are you considered with cams dick? I see you take "keep pounding" in a literal sense.

I'm going to bring up a previous point I made that you avoided which is what you seem to do when someone makes a point you can't refute.  Our defensive line is better than your offensive line and is prone to causing fumbles.  Your deity on earth is irrelevant if he has no time to pass, and he hasn't met Death Star and Kawann Short yet.  Tony Pushoff has a lot to answer for from last season, and your receivers against our secondary is largely a push.  This team, not the 13-3 choke artists from last year, has a lot to prove and a lot to show if they're to beat us.  Lay it down for me if you can't run and don't have time to pass on us?  You're likely to face a fresh Jonathon Stewart by then, and your defense is already questionable at best.

Let's look at the significance of all of this.  A power-run offense facing a weak defense and a dink and dunk offense held together by a patchwork offensive line and no receivers of any note means what, precisely?

    • Seems to me that the Bucs have less fight in them now than they had in week 16. The real test is going to be if the Panthers can sustain focus and discipline throughout. With the Bucs being at home, maybe that gives them a little boost of confidence and energy.  Wouldn’t it be something if for ONCE the Panthers came out and dominated from the opening snap and just took this shook Bucs team to task?  If the Panthers see-saw form follows, we are in line for the W. Hard to say we have momentum but we do have a pretty clear pattern of following a loss with a win.  I’m going to say 24-16 Panthers!!
    • When Parcell’s said Bryce better “walk on water”…..the implied concern wasn’t that the tiny QB could survive being hit.  It was acknowledging he would have to be extremely special to overcome the handicaps he would face at this level.  Which he isn’t and can’t.  which isn’t just being hit.  It’s being able to play in an NFL pocket and make NFL throws from it….and that ultimately is Bryce’s problem.  He doesn’t play well from a NFL pocket and can’t make all the throws as needed.  He can’t see as others can.  Which impacts the throws he does and doesn’t take.  It also impacts him bailing and killing plays and turning them into scrambles/dead plays
    • 9:30 kick off here in Scotland, which is better than the 01:20 early hours of Monday that I feared. Will definitely be watching, but probably wouldn't if it had been 0120 as I need to be up for work at 05:45. Falcons Saints is 6pm on the Sunday so will watch that too if it becomes relevant
