As we all know training camp is fast approaching. Just thought id check and see what other huddlers are going to be taking to get signed this year.

I have been thinking about getting a Ragin Cajun full size. Getting Jake to sign it and have him inscribe "The Carolina Cajun" but have no idea how Jake is when it comes to things like that.

I have a t-shirt that reads Panthers Training Camp on the front and I have been getting players to sign it. Once its full I will frame it and hang it on the wall. I took it last year for the first time but only got Jordan Gross and John Fox so far.

Planning to be there 3 days this year instead of just one so should get many more.

Last year I bought a mini helmet and a mini white football at training camp from the merchandise cart. I spent like $60 for the two so I recomend buying stuff elsewhere. But I bought a replica helmet on eBay for $50 a few weeks ago, so Im taking that and maybe a football if I can score one of those white team balls.

    • I just dont get the worry over losing a practice squad player that just went undrafted. Everyone just made their selections. The chances of a team wanting to sign him to an active roster after not selecting him is very low.  If that interested they would have taken him late to evaluate in person. As far as I can tell two qbs were signed off another teams practice squad last season and they were both going in to their 5th season.
    • I enjoyed reading this thread and the usual banter that follows. The only silver lining I can identify right now is we do actually have a couple of young QB's behind him and we do have a nice roster on both sides of the ball built around the most important position. So if the team overall shows some promise but we still falter largely due to a lack of consistent passing output (again) hopefully the decision makers can be free to make the best decision for the team going forward after the conclusion of this upcoming season.
    • I don't really follow the team anymore due to a variety of reasons and consequently have largely stopped posting but I agree that this is a lovely website and community. This forum probably kept me around for years longer than I would've stuck otherwise because of how difficult it was to stop checking multiple times a day. Especially appreciate how lax the moderation tends to be compared to a lot of places, the crew here does a great job. Out of curiousity I decided to try making a new account (solely for testing purposes) to see what exactly is wrong with the sign up process. The issue seems to be that it never sends you an account verification email, thus making it impossible to complete registration. This is likely something to do with the email server upstream, hope it gets fixed. Also, lol
