How many sacks has 77 given up on the year?

Honestly, I stopped recording that game, and deleted all traces of it. I never want to watch it again. As for you, well, you can't even stand behind the baseless allegations you made about Cam's work ethic a few months ago. The issue lies within you, work on that buddy.

Your using lots of big words. This isn't a court room. I didn't commit libel. I heard someone mention concerns about Cam's work ethic in an interview. To find that interview would be impossible. I stand by what I heard. I even remember Thomas Davis talking about how Cam wouldn't workout with the team although that sounds more social than actual work ethic. This is the what would you say? 27th time you've brought up that thread? I have and always will stand by what I said. So keep bringing it up. I'm sure it will make a difference.

Lol, Cam should throw it to covered receivers? Oh, I can't wait to read Kendrick's analysis the following day when Cam throws 4 INTs.

Well yeah if you throw 4 INTs your going to get criticized. If you get sacked 5 times for 50 yards you will get criticized too. The only way to not get criticized is to play well, why is this hard to understand?

Oh, how convenient that you don't remember anything regarding the source.

As for the Thomas Davis comment, that was a quote in an ESPN article, and I don't recall that quote ever being substantiated.

Your logic, quite obviously.

Our receivers got mugged tonight and your solution is throw it to them anyways? Man, why aren't you an offensive coordinator the NFL yet? That's genius. I can't believe Cam hasn't tried to force his passes onto Olsen, Smitty and LaFell.

There was plays to be made. We mugged the Saints receivers and there they were making catch after catch.

I watched the game...why would you even say that? Where is that headed?

We gave them some free releases. Some guys were so open it made you want to throw the remote. There was also plays where we covered them tightly but they made their break and poof the ball was in their hands. That is what I want to see from Cam, know the coverage and deliver the ball with timing. But we are going in circles because you will say the receivers were mugged so this is going nowhere.

I'm not going to find pictures on the internet to make a point. But the play were Ginn ran a hitch along the right sideline. He made his break, he was wide open for 2 seconds and by the time the ball came out the defender closed on him and broke it up.

Because you have no point. Our receivers were covered just about all game long. When they were open, or Cam threw them open, it was for only 1 to 5 yard gains. They were tackled and on the ground as soon as they caught the ball. No YAC whatsoever. If Cam tried forcing it to them there would have been picks...And we would be talking about how Cam forces passes. He trusted his receivers to get open and make plays and they didn't The only throws that Cam flat out missed from what i've seen was when he missed Olsen in the endzone and when Olsen was running up the seam.

He's starting because he has one of the lowest cap figures on the team. There is no one behind him. If you bench Bell next week there is no one....Travis Bond? Somehow we have managed to win 9 games with him. The only difference tonight is Cam was dreadfully slow getting rid of the ball. I mean he was holding it over 4 seconds every drop back. It was a miracle he wasn't sacked more.

Our "receivers" could not get open for poo

Well I think this is a bigger picture problem. Part of it might be talent or scheme. But another part of it is Cam. In games like tonight he's not a rhythm thrower. He looks for open receivers and drills in the ball. He's under a ton of pressure to not turn the ball over and has only been taking sure things. For Cam to enter that next level he needs to throw covered guys open. Guys will come out of their breaks and the ball hasn't left Cam's hand yet, this gives the defenders time to break on the receiver.

Another big problem tonight was getting off schedule. I thought we ran the ball well but we didn't stick with it. We didn't get those 5 yards dump offs that get us in 3rd and short. When we did dump it off we were getting hit for 2 yard gains. We just put ourselves in a ton of bad downs and distance.

Jesus. Give it a damn rest.

    • T-Mac is a nickname, Tet is a shortening of Tetairoa. Like you said below... your name is Jonathan, I could see "Jonny" being considered a nickname, but Jon isn't a nickname, it's a shortening of Johnathan, see the difference? And if your mom named you Jonathan for it's biblical significance/meaning, because she was very religious, I think it would be different. T-Mac is Polynesian, so much in their culture has deeper meaning for them, particularly names.  So for his mom to feel this way, I highly doubt it's just because she likes the name Tetairoa and not Tet, it's much more likely than not to be because the name itself has a deeper meaning in their culture.   Particularly as T-Mac himself has often talked about how much his Polynesian heritage means to himself and his family. And no, I'm not saying all this because of how much he's my guy, if he was just "normal american" and his name was Jonathan and he didn't like fans calling him Jon, I'd probably just say tough poo.  It's that he's Polynesian and I know things like names have a much deeper meaning in their culture than they do in ours for the most part. For whatever it's worth, a quick google search.......
