The Jets have among the worst collection of offensive skill players in the league around Geno. Granted, he's played pretty poorly at times but he could use some semblance of help too.

When you have guys like Cam, Luck, RG3 (last year), Tannehill, DangeRuss every team expects that type of game form a rookie. 

 

The fact of the matter is that the these guys are special, we may never see this great of talent in young qbs for a long time.

That is why they were better off losing last year and forcing RG3 to learn form the pocket rather than creating a gimmick system to ensure someone's job for another year.
