Random fan's homer prediction for the playoffs

Of course the final prediction is we win the Superbowl, but I just want to take a moment and lay out the ground work of how it will happen.

1. SF wins tonight

2. We win next week

3. Seattle loses on the road in a late season melt down next week

4. SF wins on the road next week

With that, we'd be number 1, SF is number 2, Seattle is number 5 and Saints are number 6. The following playoff outcomes occur:

1. Seattle is knocked out in round one to GB

2. Saints win a close one against Dallas in round one

3. Panthers play Saints and win convincingly

4. SF wins an easy matchup against GB

5. We take care of business and beat SF by 10

6. We beat Cincinnati in a shoot out, 33-30, in the SB

What do you think?

Seattle is at home Sunday not on the road

Seattle is playing at home against Rams not on the road...........I doubt they will lose two in a row at their house......

Cinci in the SB?

Pats or Broncos will more likely be there.......

Just my 2 cents.....

If we win next week we're 12-4. If Seattle loses, they're 12-4. But they own the tiebreaker for head-to-head wins, so we'd still be #2

All goes back to division record and if San Fran wins next week and Hawks lose...San Fran wins their division... we have head to head against San Fran. I'm sure someone already posted this but didn't scroll down yet...KEEP POUNDING!!!

I think cincy will make it to the SB because I think they're the most well rounded team in the AFC and they're hot right now. They're like us in many ways and if we think we're going to the SB then it goes without saying our counterpart in the AFC will too

they're also the most inconsistent team in the AFC. its a wonder they are even in playoff contention. i dont think they make it to the SB. it will be NE or Denver. the others dont quite have what it takes to beat those two.

I think Indy is just bullshitting a la the 2008 Cardinals because they know they just have to show up to win their division.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Indy slip into the AFCCG and knock off the Pats or Bengals.

thats why the '08 Cards beat a legit Panthers team in the playoffs and nearly won the SB that year? yea they were bullshitting...
