You gotta dream big brah.  No one gives a poo about the ProBowl.  Both will make it and both will have to abstain as a much bigger game will be on their docket.

The Pro Bowl has at least two serious issues that need to be addressed.

 

First, the selection process needs to change:

 

More critical judgment needs to be used in selecting the outstanding players for the season.   The process shouldn't be a popularity contest, fans need to lose their vote.  Players and coaches should have a vote and if necessary include sportswriters, but I'm not so sure about that one.

 

Second, the players are legitimately concerned about ruining their careers due to injury while  playing in a meaningless game:

 

Nix the game.  Give out the awards and send the guys on an all expense paid trip to Hawaii for their efforts.

Absolutely correct. And it's a shame to lump 3-4 OLB and 4-3 OLB in the same category.

It should be like ten or so years ago when there were skill challenges and fun crap like that.
