If you realize you made a glaring mistake....why not.

His players don't like him or believe in him. Hard to let a coach remain if it is glaring he doesn't have a lockerroom. Need that to build IMO

Ok, so hire Norv. Send Shula back to QB coach (OC in waiting again), and Dorsey to IMG.

This is because, Chud was a mad scientist type to begin with. He was never a people person. 

 

If he pissed off the Panthers on offense alone. Can you imagine what he could do being responsible for the entire team??
