Is there a master list of Panthers-friendly bars around the country?

Because I'd ask about San Diego, but figured we may have a master list already generated.

Think Zod would be open to making a static page for someone to maintain?

Kirby's Shoestring in Fremont, CA is owned by a guy that's a huge Panthers and Tarheels fan. It's a dive and is just ok for football watching, but if you need a place to go to watch games you will at least get the Panthers on a decent TV.

Also the manager of the Rock House in Livermore, CA puts the Panthers game on whatever TV I ask him to. So that's cool.

My buddy is the manager of the Buffalo Wild Wings in Dublin, CA and because of me he has a soft spot for Cam and the Panthers, and so he always puts them on the big screen and a whole bunch of TV's around the bar, so that's cool.

If I ever happen to be out of town on game day, I usually go to any sports bar a bit early, chat up the bar tenders and leave a big tip with my first drink purchase. Essentially, make friends with he who controls the TVs and make any bar a Panthers bar.

I've started a page on my site as I find out about them. Unfortunately there are only 3-4 that I am aware of. The DC Panthers guys own a cool URL like "panthersbarsus" so it would be awesome to populate that. But again....I don't think there are enough nationally

We get a Super Bowl, that would probably change

Denver has the Mile High Cats fan club that meets at Shelby's Bar and Grille, 18th and Glenarm. It's grown to a solid 30+ people every week. There's a Twitter account (@MileHighCats) and an open Facebook group, as well.

They're one of the ones listed on my site. Denver and DC are the only ones I know of that are legit fan clubs.

Time for you out of towners to step up

What is the concern? Watching the game? Panthers camaraderie? You can get the former by going to any ol' mega sports bar. You can probably only find the latter in North Carolina.

It's the camaraderie. The DC and Denver guys get tons of people to show up and they get the sound of the game on. Basically what all the Charlotte bars do for the Steelers, Pats, and Cowboys.

    • It's definitely a historical issue at QB but to be perfectly blunt, we also don't do a good job of really developing almost any position if you look at the last decade or so. I tend to be on the side of that being far less a development issue than an evaluation deficiency.  I think we are in the situation at QB2/3 recently due to the overall roster being absolutely abhorrent and the QB classes being quite thin. It is harder to justify another Matt Corral(or several) when you can potentially get a real two deep contributor at other positions.  But, it was a lot of hard work to get to the point where are roster is so incredibly bad that luxury picks literally are not in our vocabulary.  This is the reaping what you sow portion of our history.
    • That is what I meant about our front office. They are like someone filling out a March Madness bracket based on preference of uniform colors and mascots. There's no rhyme of reason to some of these fugg'n mind numbing decisions they make.  They go all in on these flimsy-@ss prospects and are gun shy when it comes to more solid prospects.  It's literally maddening and the reason I stopped being so emotionally involved in this team. Heck the only reason I'm active on the board today is one, it's my day off and two, it's cut down time.
