Marshawn Lynch Fined $50k... For Doing Nothing

According to a Seahawks source, the league fined Lynch $50,000 for not speaking to the media throughout this season until Friday, when he briefly met with and spoke to reporters.

Let me get this straight, if you say something to the media the league doesn't like they will fine you.

If you opt not to speak to the media, the league doesn't like this either and will fine you.

stupid rule that just adds to the whole "No Fun League".  As a Canadian who loves the NFL and tried to promote it as much as I can, poo like this makes it pretty tough.

It is in their contracts and the CBA....a requirement of employment.

Would be the same as if you refused to do certain requirements of your job...except that you would be fired instead of fined.

You are to be accessible to the media.  Period.  Lynch probably doesn't do it because honestly...he looks like he's dumber than Peppers.
