It completely is different when a defensive player does it. defenses compete against Cam. When they sack him or intercept him then they have gotten the best of him. I get it when they do it. When Kap scored Cam wasn't on the field. Cam didn't miss the tackle, Drayton did. Apples and oranges situation.

Von Miller had a legit argument as to being the #1 in comparison to Kaep who even came well after Gabbert, Locker, Ponder and Dalton.
