The scouts are not nearly as important as the guy who takes all the data and digests it.

 

Hurney and Gettleman could use the exact same scouts with totally different results.

 

Unless one is making the argument that we don't have enough or that they suck. In that case the scouts are the most significant reason why the team is not performing.

I couldn't disagree more. Scouts are super important and they don't just log stats. 3 of my friends are pro scouts.
