more than likely clone stamp tool, i wouldnt waste the time on such a low rez image but since it's only a cell phone wallpaper, i suppose the resolution doesnt matter

If you pick someone else, this is just an immature way of doing things. It's like asking for someone on the street to detail your car for $1K, then after they finish you say, "Well, that's exactly what I wanted, but I wanna wait and see if someone else does it better."
