Bill Voth claims Jordan Gross is done

If you wanted a first round WR, start clearing that hope out if your head now. It'll be double dip o-line with some project WR in later rounds.

If this is true, I am sure DG will find one in free agency. We need some proven veteran presence too. This would guarantee a tackle being taken in the first 2 rounds though. Going to be a very, VERY important draft this year. DG restructuring might have more to do with OL than the Kraken. We will see who DG comes up with in free agency. I doubt he wants 2 rookie tackles on the line. I hope that Voth is wrong though. 1 more year Jordan. Please.

Don't live in Charlotte, I split my time between Raleigh and Atlanta. But Taylor Z was on the Radio in Raleigh when I first moved there and I hated that dude. Apparently he became more of a little D when he went to the Queen City. So I feel your pain man.

Unfortunately, Taylor flew the coop and now we have the pleasure of listening to "The" Marc James solo. Hot steaming pile of poo every afternoon.

Expensive free agent

Trade up

Nate Chandler

Expensive FA. Unfortunately must spend the $$$ to protect the GOAT. Trade up is even "more expensive " and definitely more risky. Look at how even the top tackles taken have performed in their first couple years recently-not great. Band aids at other positions, must protect Cam.

I disagree, this year's draft is perfect time to pick up 2 starting caliber Tackles. We should be in position to draft a starting LT at 28 like Jack Mewhort, use the 2nd round pick for a TE/WR, and pick up a starting RT with 3rd round pick. Our OL is going to be young and  needs to build chemistry and 2 tackle should fill the role  just like Star & KK did on the DL.

LT - Mewhort / LG - Amini / C - Kalil / RG - Kugbilla / RT - James

1st- LT Jack Mewhort  6'-6" 309lbs

2nd- TE Austin -Seferian-Jenkins 6'-5" 262lbs

3rd- RT Ju'Wuan James 6'-6" 311lbs

4th- WR Donte Moncrief 6'-2" 221lbs

5th- CB Antone Exum 6'-0" 213lbs

6th- OLB Tyler Starr 6'-4" 240lbs

7th- OG Zach Fulton 6'-5" 316lbs

We've gotta let Hardy go, or trade and tag. We already needed line help. now it's worse. guess WR will have to wait.

We will get a WR in the first few rounds. We certainly aren't drafting nothing but tackles. Let's not over react here. DG sees how pathetic Cam's weapons are and he will address it. If anything this news just puts more urgency on draft a future LT and signing one on free agency. Let's get a future LT and let him play the right side for now and pick up a stop gap LT in free agency. Problem solved.

So your actually saying that you want two rookie tackles protecting your franchise qb?! Thanks but no thanks. A deep draft at tackle is not a valid reason to do that. We have to pick up a free agent or trade for a veteran here or Cam might be not survive next season. With two inexperienced rookie TACKLES , not to mention Kugzilla and Amini too, who are very young an experienced, a good D line will feast on them. Hell, Kugzilla will actually be a rookie too, since he never played a down. Sent from my SPH-D710 using CarolinaHuddle mobile app
