yeah not worried about 5'11 cb or wr.....lot of great are that height... for some people think football is basketball? maybe because the recent flux of te transitioning..lol

anyways i guess you didnt want to take a chance on colt from oregon as a late round te?

umm i know monroe was decent in jville, but how did he perform last year with ravens?

Yup, I can name five solid 5'10 corners off the top of my head right now.

Fans get too caught up listening to the media. Cut the tall receivers / cormers crap out. Talents over size anyday of the week. Theres only two cormers who are tall that can flat out ball (Sherman/Browner), and I can only name "one" tall receiver that won a SB in the last decade: Plaxico. Most other receivers that won a SB are around 6'1".

A fan of Lyerla, but no way Richardson letting that kid near Charlotte.

Monroe played pretty well for Baltimore last year. One of the only few bright spots for them in 2013.

Agree. Think he could go much higher but just going off his projections atm.

Fleming looks like a great pick and might be there in the 4th, but only because his pass protection is not that good yet.

he is a RT only

Agree. And I stated that he is a natural RT.

Not sure if he'll go before James and Henderson. Maybe even an injured Hurst could go before him.

I like what you did in free agency. I think Monroe might be a pipe dream with Cam's contract and our lack of cap space but if we can make it work that would be great. Roberts is a good suggestion as well - I'm surprised AZ is going to let him hit FA.

Verrett has a very good vertical so I'm not quite as concerned about his height and I agree that if we can sign a solid LT in FA then a CB in the first could make sense.

I'm not a huge Landry fan but I think the 2nd is a good spot for a pass catcher. If ASJ is somehow there I think he would be a great option (but he won't be there). I prefer both Adams and Matthews to Landry but I wouldn't argue the pick if Gettleman likes Landry better than those guys.

I really like Herron and think he would be a steal in the third. Could also see us grabbing RT here and a WR in the fourth.

Yea, but the salary cap will only be going up next year and after that. Also, you gotta figure that Dwill will most likely be gone after next season and Stew after that which would leave room to sign our core guys.

Im seeing a lot of mocks now having Matthews late in the 2nd. I would take Matthews or Adams over Landry but just figure that Landry has a better chance being there. I would also consider Moncrief.

Had Verrett as our 1st rounder in my first mock. ...In this scenario is Moncrief gone by the Landry pick? Cam Fleming is THE OT that I want in this draft. That said, I feel like he goes much earlier. Good mock, I like.

In this scenario, Moncrief is still available. Landry is just higher on my board, but if you like Moncrief then go with him. I like him too. Matthews, Robinson, Adams, and even Benjamin could be here at this spot in May.
