Sometimes you get called Donald because an announcer is brain dead. Then again sometimes you get called Donald because you've never done a damn thing on the football field that anyone can remember, so no one knows your name. Time for McNutt, or whatever his name is to have a shot.

Gettleman cuts playmaking WR to free up 1 million of cap space. Leaves one WR on the roster that never saw the field in 2013.

Mcnutt, King, Bersin, Clemons.

All are actually contracted wide receivers on the books, I'm not saying it's a good thing or a bad thing but it's not true we have no players for the position like everyone's saying, whether they will play or be any good, your guess is as good as mine, to be honest I'm getting fed up with this answer may be on your roster crap, I think that may wear thin on some fans

On the bright side, Hurney would resign Edwards and draft Logan Thomas so he could make him a receiver. In all honesty, Next year is probably

1. Nicks

2. 1st/2nd round pick

I'm at the point if Nicks was the desire all along, i hope he tanks and Hardy takes the year off, just despite DAAAAAAAAAAVE. If Nicks told Dave the only way he'd come to Carolina is if Smith left, then don't let the door hit you on the way out Dave.

Not saying he's the next Hot Name or anything

 

but he showed more than anything with that incompletion than anything LaFell did when

Smitty was out.

 

ust saying not resigning LaFell isn't gonna hurt.

      Not sure how much he was a long term piece of this team.   Sucks to not have him as part of the rotation.   Looks like it's Lee Hunter time.

      I am not sure he will put the over the games but we’ll probably have them.   Two things I am thinking.  We have 4 preseason games.  All the coaches have enough service time to know the standards that are in place for decades. If I recall it was play your starters just a series to start woth and build it up until week theee where play a lot and you have week four to set hour roster. Evaluate before cuts.   Bevell will certainly have the whole thing down pat.   I’d they don’t do the fries and frie air will worry too. Because it is set up to do that.     I have said since they went t three preseason people have to figure a new way are still feeling it out and trying things.  We don’t have to this year.
