To have a young WR corps grow with Cam...what terrible idea.

Probably would have been a better idea to try this at the beginning of his career instead of the final year of his contract. Just saying.

I believe Cam Newton has been hung out to dry by Gettleman. I believe Dave Gettleman claiming the time to win is now while at the same time creating more roster holes than a screen door does nothing but put Newton in an almost no-win situation.

DG is the anti-Christ,grim reaper,and a raging man eating cyclops all in one. He is a GM hired to fix a franchise run incorrectly for many years as reflected by our putrid record.We where so far in the hole when he got here that pulling a division winning team out his ass was a Herculean job and a minor miracle. Next year may not be as productive ,but when he finishes retooling the offense all this hand wringing and head bashing will be for naught.

 

I feel sure that Gettleman is doing everything in his power to get us out of the cap hell that he inherited. The man is smart,hardnosed and being a former scout,,knows player talent.

This time last year there is no way I would have though we would go12-4 and be the NFC South Champions but he helped  proved me wrong by making some savey moves.

Gettleman is trying to build this team where  it will be consistent for the long haul,so we need to stand beside him inside of sniping at his ever movement or lack thereof..
