If Donald LaFell starts dropping passes that hit him in the hands, or that are catchable, Brady will chew his ass out up one side and down the other. Yes,LaFell that's what that "Hall Of Fame QB" will do. Looks like LaFell has something to look forward to. :)

I don't take this as a diss. Cam is not a Hall of Fame QB. He may be one day but not today. Tony Gonzalez pretty much said the same thing about Matt Ryan, it's just the truth...

I don't entirely disagree with what he said, but he should consider that Brady is pushing 40 and Cam has yet to fully hit his prime.

Cam does throw high and it is a concern. I'm a bit worried that both LeFell skipped town (maybe because of it) and now reports are that Hicks preferred Luck over Cam or said the situation was better. At some point, you have to wonder. We don't seem to be a great destination for receivers right now. Is it all due to money? Just asking.

Lafell skipped town because the panthers weren't going to pay what the patriots paid. And where are you getting this info that Hakeem Nicks(which you spelled his name wrong), preferred luck over Cam? His exact quote paraphrasing was that he could see himself catching footballs from Luck, Rivers, and Cam. The same reason we haven't signed most free agent receivers was because of money. You sound really uninformed and trying to stir poo up with your limited knowledge.

Hey its true cam does have to many throws sail high. He still has issues with throwing off of his back foot which causes this to happen. But seriously to have a choice in QB's to have throwing you the football, would you rather have Tom Brady or Cam Newton?  Dont get me worn, I love cam and see great things for him, and as much as I think Brady is a frigging cry baby, he is the better of the 2 by far.

Cam throws a lot of bad passes and misses wide open receivers. As much as people hate the statue QB, the most athletic wide receivers absolutely love them. Nothing is nicer than running a 4.3 or a perfect route and getting the ball in the perfect spot.

 

Any WR would want to play with Manning or Brady. Those stats and contracts that follow are nice too. Just ask Decker. Manning made that a double decker.

I think the last couple of posters are miscontruing that lafell chose the patriots because of brady when that is not true. At the end of the day lafell chased the money and panthers were not gonna overpay for him. All lafell is doing right now is talking up his new teammate that's it. People need to stop being delusional.
