I wouldn’t trade XL for the guy and it doesn’t have a lot to do with XL. There is something wrong with this picture, buyer beware. Let me tell you guys, lots of people have talent. Talent is cheap. They both had plenty of talent.

Dalton is out, a higher quality vet will be signed and a development rookie drafted late or UDFA in April. Stuck with Bryce for 2 seasons, unless 1 of the TBD vet or rookie stands out and Bryce is "hurt" before then. Franchise QB swing in 28.

I agree with others, seems really weird they would move off him after year 2. Had to be major locker room issue if actually on market. After story broke on X, some Jags sources tried to down play it.

If you bring in a head case (and it sure sounds like that may be Coen's take on Thomas Jr), imagine what that might do to XL. WHen I see drops and a coach complaining about a drop in production, I think we should drop the idea. I see him going to Denver or Baltimore.

If a coach does not want a 23-year old WR who was a first rounder, I might not want him. It suggests the issues were mental and/or attitudinal. Just guessing.

No idea ideally someone young whose adaptable and has more strategy than "play hard forcheck and throw rubber at the net as much as possible" don't get me wrong if your content winning a playoff round or two and then getting ro chambeued to the door hes your guy. Its painful obvious he has fox/Rivera syndrome hes too loyal to vets too stuck in his ways and too hard headed to change even a little. Hes the reason we have a team full of scrappy little guys who fly around in the regular season and get bodied in the playoffs.

Kon made a couple really rookie plays before burying a few 3s in the 4th. If that LaMelo three goes down they probably win. I think he played starters too long in the third and fuged up the rotation in the 4th a bit. Going to be tough to finish above the Heat now but this is a fun team to watch glad it was on local tv tonight
