This team really needs to win with a blow-out for fan and team morale
-
Go earn that 5th year Bryce everyone in this message board is definitely behind you mate
-
Hope so i was gonna ask Tuka to peak back through Tmacs window to see how he looks so i can set my fantasy side before I go to bed
-
Canales has always said he just wanted his QB the be one part of the 11 and then be clutch 6 or 7 times a game
-
Bryce's INT% has gone up each year. His TD% is too but his TO issues have not gotten better.
-
I would probably rather gamble in the 5th round of the upcoming draft than trade for Rattler. It's also unlikely they would move him. He's very cheap and he is valuable depth even if he isn't good.

He flashed a bit during preseason

I am gonna pretend this is the official pro Bryce thread. I am not getting off of my hill for all this rationalization so you guys have fun.
-
I feel this isn’t fair. Bryce isn’t throwing a lot of INTs, he had a lower int % last year than Baker and many other starting quarterbacks and his rookie year he only ranked 16 in INT %. Then you have to consider some of the horrible WR play that led to INTs.
-
Western Carolina's QB is putting up insane numbers. Dude threw for over 500 yards and 7 TDs today and they STILL found a way to lose. Gotta think that kid is gonna be fielding some strong offers in the portal this off-season.
-
Mendoza better not become a Saint. I'd hate to see that dude twice a year. He's that dude.
-
I won't disagree with any of that.

I said the conservative play calling was because Canales doesn't think we can win shootouts. Yes, I did say part of that was because of the young, inexperienced receivers and that the OL is better suited for run blocking. I should have also included Young as part of the reason as well but I was responding to the post concerning "young receivers" and Thielens' absence. I am not so enamored with Young that I think all his problems are simply because of the receivers. I do think they overpaid for him and he has not lived up to the cost. He has had his struggles, as does pretty much every rookie qb thrown into a bad situation. But I have seen enough good things to have hope that he continues to get better. The OP is just pointing out how his performance late in the games when the game is on the line is one of those good things.

I think it goes both ways It could be they are used to pocket passers, not someone who constantly has to create throwing zones for himself with pocket movement point being, whether it is Young or the receivers or the sun or the moon or the wind, can’t win in the nfl without the threat of a downfield attack
