I doubt they have the same level of guys jumping ship right now as last year: last year the good starters left, and they have maybe 2 guys worth a damn to be picked. So this group is young and moldable for the next guys to use. But in a time of P2 and a wantabe P3 after that, to look this bad in the sport that matters in realignment sucks as a grad. I'm hoping they can get back to a top 4 ACC team before the next big power shift and sneek in to the P2, but it's doubtful now and the AD is to blame but his sorry ass is still at VT though 2 terrible hires. Being there for the 2003-2008 years was something else, but that's now gone and maybe buried for a long while.

I am just amazed the Saints have had a chance to be 2-0 if things just went a little differently. Saints, Falcons and Bucs look way more competent then the Panthers at this point.

Falcons and Tampa look to be the teams to beat. Falcons offense looks good with Robinson at the lead and Penix being a consistent passer. Their defense seems to have improved greatly from last year. Would not be surprised if Tampa and Falcons win double digit games.
