That looks like an easy top 5 pick with 2 wins max. The back half looks a lot darker with the Saint playing harder than this team. NE might be their best shot outside of a team falling asleep after watching thier film to not go lossless this year.

I mean even with the dark ages that happened before Rod. You have the early playoff years and the SC win. SEVEN straight playoff appearances coming into this season. Panthers only made it back to back because the NFCS sucked that year. Can you imagine how different the energy around the Panthers would be if we had 7 straight playoff appearances?

Who was the last QB to have a winning record in a Carolina Panthers jersey? It cant always be the QB folks.... Cardinals had exactly 1 Three and out drive the entire game. Lol

Dude, there are plenty of instances of QBs sitting on the bench before starting. Joe Montana, Ken Stabler, Joe Theisman, Tom Brady, A-Rod, Pat Mahomes, Brett Favre, Drew Brees, Steve Young, Jordan Love, Kurt Warner and even a few others didn't come out the gate as the starter, and those that did arguably sucked. Some, like Jim Kelly and Bobby Hebert (who was solid, not great) played for the USFL before earning opportunities in the NFL. Warner played in NFL Europe, but still didn't start in the NFL right away.

Brother the triangle is full of transplants. The Hurricanes are popular because they have largely been successful on the ice.

Always wanted to see the Panthers at Lambeau but not this team. I don't think I'd go for free.

I've already said this, we've got 3 weeks to get some wins, then it's going to be a long string of L's. After Week 5, the Saints might be only temporarily derailment of the 'L' train the rest of the season.

It has merit. The problem might be that Winston is just good enough to get you out of realistic range for getting a prospect.

If we land #1 overall, sure I'd like to be able to grab a QB, but only if there really is a can't miss guy who should go #1 overall, not someone who should go mid first but they go #1 because those teams need QBs, that's how we got in this mess. Part of me hopes it ends up a down year for QB prospects and we play it smart and get a Bears like haul in return for ours and then sign someone like Jameis for the season and maybe take a flyer on a 2nd or 3rd rounder at QB. Sure 2026 might suck, but landing a few extra 1st rounders and maybe even a quality player could really help expedite turning the franchise around and having a well built out roster before you draft and insert a QB into it to contend on their rookie contract.

Our offense could at least be top half of the league with a competent QB. Even a average QB. Bryce is the worst of the worst. We probably look better with the guy we cut after playing one preseason game for us. Its sad that PJ Walker would be infinitely more fun to have as our QB right now than this crap we spent the farm on.

This could get ugly real quick. I sure hope we can get a win versus Miami. Might be a very lean year otherwise.

He finished horribly. Went 0-6 in that final drive where the team needed him most.

Damn. Chuba is easily getting 12-15 yards right there. Even with Legette, there’s a play to be made. We’re 2 games in, and already the season is over.

Charlotte isn’t Cleveland and he shouldn’t want that. Where people know their team is a joke and it’s a novelty to attend a game. It’s out of bordem. Being a Browns fan was a topic, not pride. Charlotte comes alive with results. Home games in 2015 and really most seasons with Cam, 2005 Cardinal playoff game where Delhomme shat the bed and melted down was one of the best games I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to a lot, in a lot of cities.
