  1. Past hour
  2. Houston has had 9 possessions since Noel’s TD 2 interceptions, halftime, a FG and 5 punts and they’re still up So jealous of that defense
  3. Did you know Teddy Bridgewater used to be a PFF darling as well?
  4. He’ll most likely follow his coaching staff to Oklahoma State. He never started a high school game at QB, they gave him a preferred walk on at UNT and then a scholarship a month or two into being in spring ball as a freshman. Oklahoma State, despite sucking, has deep pockets and can leverage his loyalty and their budget to keep him in a system that could win what will be a weakened Big 12 in 2 or 3 years.
  5. Yesterday
  6. Houston offense has really stalled out after that great beginning
  7. Wait until they actually develop some chemistry. Could be a fun team to watch if they stay healthy.
  8. Hes elite at single coverage throws where he can loft it and tmac or Coker can make a play
  9. Him being mad over this is dumb. This is just being smart about how you're managing your best player. Your season is over and he's hurt needing surgery. Maybe it's something he could play through but that would just he dumb. Far better for him to get surgery and get ahead of schedule on the rehab. Don't doike the Panthers and have your franchise QB playing with a torn rotator cudd in his throwing arm when you're already mathematically eliminated.
  10. As Herbert runs for about 30 on 3rd and 14. LOL
  11. Yeah, kinda makes you wanna do the old John Fox and just run a draw and punt. Way too many ways for it to go bad against this D trying to be aggressive on 3rd and long unless the clock and scoreboard demand it.
  12. I think the windows are so small now teams are shooting their shots when they think they have a chance. 1st rounders aren't a guarantee of elite talent, plenty of flops, especially in the back half. You just got to hope you get it right. If not. Oh wee man.
  13. Third and long vs this Texans defense is borderline impossible to convert
  14. Drake Maye is the type of QB our current QB can never be. I hope the Panthers don't forget that Tua led the league in passing yardage one year. You cannot pay physically limited QBs like franchise QBs. When you have to start making the types of roster decisions those cap hits force you to make it won't work out. And Bryce is a long way away from matching Tua's ceiling.
  15. I remember the asking price for Lamar. 3 1sts and 3 2nds and 50m a year with the new contract and Lamar wanted the team to build around him. It was an impossible ask.
  16. I love football. I've watched my entire life. Watched a lot of prolific passes since the 80's. The number I've seen with what I would consider, cannons, that were also what I would consider accurate enough to be considered elite in my book, are few and far between. In fact, the most accurate deep ball throwers didn't have cannons. The QB's that have won the most superbowls in the history of the game, dont have cannons either. The GOAT, regardless whether you consider that Brady or Montana, didn't have a cannon at all. Their deep throws we're much more accurate though. Hell of a perception the masses have been painting on the huddle, since Young has been drafted, which doesn't jive with the history of the game.
  17. Drake maye is the qb I want our qb to be...
  18. Kinda reminiscent of the S2 test pre draft.
  19. Just to be clear. I've been watching football for many years with many different QB's here and on other teams. I've never before seen such a heavy emphasis on this "big time throw" metric before. And I've seen ultimately mediocre QB's make some really nice throws in a Panthers uniform.
  20. The North Texas QB is as good of an NFL QB prospect as there is in college football right now and he's only a freshman and evidently didn't play QB in HS. That's insane. Who was playing QB for his HS??? Nothing against North Texas, but I hope he hits the portal. I'd like to see him in a power four conference.
  21. Well, The OP actually provided the stats. While inknow how people are about PFF, he at least provided them in his post. Where are the stats that you are speaking of?
  22. I watched him warm up last Sunday, anything over 20 yards was floated
