*Had Darnold with RHule and his Baylor/temple bros........ Tepper set back the team years with that one move and doubled down the set back with the BY trade. NFC south and lots of luck made this low-talented team win 8. They win more than 4 in other divisions, but 3 way tie and the 4th team was one win away...someone had to win the turd division... I recall Sam was 3-0 and then CMC had his non-classic 49er injury and that was the end. I blew up Baylor/temple, but Phil Snow is maybe the best DC in the tepper era....and if CMC stays healthy with Moore still being here....WHo knows, but it was a massive mistake with hiring Rhule followed by trading legit talent and 1st, 9th, 61, 39 among many prime picks for at best mid QB. This is the first year in like 5, Panthers have all their picks(-7th swap for Viking 5th). Team needs talent, plain and simple. *young talent.

Who is going to take a shot at Malik Willis

fiddy million?!?!?! Isn't he injured too?? -
Its impossible for me, but given the record of all teams, I understand NFC south is up in the air- All 4 teams have a nearly equal % to win next year. Iants finished one win away and that rookie should be better. BUCS are the best drafting NFC south by miles, Failcons should have won more this past and panthers have BY with other holes in the difference makers.

NFL.com mock draft: Panthers trade up for Reuben Bain

I’d be pissed. We get a starter at position of need at 19 -
@LinvilleGorge hit on this in another thread, but not only was in the wildest Panthers season I can recall, but same given not one sane soul had Pats vs Seahawks in the SB. There's more fuel to state "I have no idea how the season plays out". I was a legit NFL and had great foresight, but not this past year...

The details are down right crazy..... . He stalked her until he found her in Miami. He flew there and did ALL he could to make contact, she had told him numerous times to stay away or restraining order. All friends told her. She knows he's in her area, she panics and trys to drive to police station. James trys to enter her car at stop lights, rams her car as she enters police station. Police come out to help, he rams one of them and hits a police car, shocked he didn't get shot. Finally comes to an end with 5-6 officers having to ruff the raged fueled James. Judge issued a pretrial conditional stay-away order against him along with charged with two counts of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, along with one count of aggravated stalking and fleeing or eluding police with lights and sirens. This some bobby brown and Whitney Houston level crazy with a modern flare....

My guess would be the Jets Dolphins. -

He's set to be a free agent. ESPN believes he'll get a 50 million dollar deal. I don't think we'll be in the market for his services, though I wish we were. It will be interesting to see who gambles on him.

NFL.com mock draft: Panthers trade up for Reuben Bain
ProcessBlue2 replied to TheSpecialJuan's topic in Carolina Panthers
No point in trading up for a guy like that so Evero can put him in coverage for his scheme. Dan will draft a guy day 2 or 3 and sign somebody like Oweh. 1st round will be a T or LB -
I think you forget that Canales is what made Geno a commodity in Seattle in the first place. While I am not a great fan of Geno, I wouldn't be surprised to see him back up Young. I would prefer Sam Howell because I believe he has the best opportunity to become a starter of all the free agents out there minus Cousins.

You don't have to click on them its offseason lad -
I hear you. Andy threw to him and it went well. Bryce doesn’t put the ball in the best places, and we have not seen XL used like we, or I at least, expected to see him used. Part of his complaints. It is valid to a degree. My thing about that is shut up about that XL people don’t want to hear that from you they want to hear I need to be better, I don’t think it will work here because at this point I don’t see his QB doing him any better than he did Renfro. Just don’t have any connection. And of course Bryce is the golden child who will stay in the fold when there is some incompatibility with a teammate and XL had a fair shot and couldn’t take advantage of it. A lot of it is on him.

Chargers gave up more sacks and their two RB's together amassed 1188 rushing yards and 2 more touchdowns than Jeanty. They still won 11 games in the same conference. The Raiders are the Raiders but Pete Carroll and Geno Smith were also simply terrible.

He ran pretty well on the few occassions he ran. I think Seattle just did a good job with containment. -
He looks washed and seems like an entitled dickhead. Kinda the opposite of what I'm looking for.
-
Geno Smith is not only a trash QB he is completely out of touch and unappreciative of the massive contract he never even deserved in the first place. I wouldn't want him on the Panthers even if he played for free.
