I'm good. Typically only bet 5-10 bucks and am up a couple thousand dollars since it became legal although I was basically even until I hit a few weeks in a row. It could definitely be very problematic if I didn't occasionally win and I have a cap each month how much I'm willing to spend. The problem is a vast majority of gamblers can't do that. Bro

I'm not there yet, but it wouldn't be a super long journey.

Bussi sucks. Hahah
-
Not all his fault, but he ain't been sharp.

I know people are out on Bryce and questioning Canales, but where is the angst towards Morgan? This is his fault. Improving the QB room is his job and the best we could do was Bryce Young and a 2 year deal for the ghost of Andy Dalton's arm. Everyone is praising his draft and FA but it's another year wasted full of disappointment by what a few of us predicted. I don't care how good the rest of his drafting skills are, if this is what he considers to be an NFL starting caliber QB and a backup caliber QB with no need to even try for improvement, we need another GM immediately.
-
There were adjustments that could have been made, even with what we had. They weren't.
-
Bryce is a big problem but this issue exists even when Dalton plays. DC is just not a good HC. I am pretty close to over it.
-
Think we got some bad Bussi...
-
He might be. I'm willing to give him one more shot, but I'm gonna be skeptical till there's reason not to.

There is some truth in what you and Mr. Scott are saying, but you really can't make that many adjustments in the passing game when Young is your quarterback. He literally cant pass the ball downfield on effectively on consistent basis. All a DC has to do on long passing downs is double TMAC and drop every one down to the sticks. Bryce isn't going to throw the ball more than 20 yards down field so all the DBs have to do is keep everything in front of them and see if they can even jump a couple of routes to get some turnovers.

I can’t get that sideline out route interception out of my head. Forget about the bad read, that ball floated in the air for ages. He has one of the worst arms I’ve ever seen from a starting NFL QB. -

all week long the players were saying they weren't going to take the 1-8 saints lightly "divisional game" "any team can beat you in the NFL" "blah blah blah" and then proceed to take the 1-8 saints lightly -

I think today may have been the media tipping point where they stop trying to pretend like Bryce is going to come around and start acknowledging that he just sucks. We're a .500 team despite trash tier QB play. This isn't a scenario where a QB is being dragged down by an overall terrible situation. This is a scenario where the situation is dragging a boat anchor at the most important position in the sport as far as they possibly can. -
Still can't believe we wasted three years Matt Rhule

Was that fuging Nylander* again?? JFC *Nystrom

Many thanks... Sure wish it were under better circumstances

Im regretting buying tickets to the last home game now. I'm hoping Dan is feeling the same way about not bringing in qb competition. They cannot go into next season with these qb's on the roster. They need a full blown overhaul. None of them should be brought back.

1977 was a landmark year in NFL History. Defenses were so dominant that season that the league had to change rules to limit their effectiveness. Drew Pearson led the league in receiving yards and he didn't even crack 900 yds in a 14 game season (870). The passing yards leader was Joe Ferguson who finished the season with 2,803 yards. He averaged 200 yds game. Pass blocking and pass coverage were relaxed in 78' in order to favor passing game. This marked the end of "dead ball era". DB's were no longer allowed to contact a receiver more than 5 yards downfield after the institution of the "Mel Blount Rule" 1977 Average yards passing per game (team): 141.9 1977 Yards per attempt: 5.9 This season Bryce is averaging 154.0 yds/game and 5.7 yds/attempt in his 9 starts. Let's put this into perspective. The type of numbers Bryce is putting up in 2025 were deemed so unacceptable in 1977 (48 years ago) by the NFL rules committee that they actually changed the rules to increase passing efficiency. Every rule favors the offense now, and Young is passing at a clip that would make him an average QB during the Disco era. He's cracked 200 yards one time this season (328 yds in week 2 against the Cardinals in a loss) Tyler Shough passed for 282 yards in 2nd career start. Bryce has only passed for 240 yards in his LAST 2 STARTS COMBINED. Bryce Young's has passed for 364 yards in his last 3 games. That's only 82 yards more than Shough had in week 10 against Carolina. I think in this case the the numbers/statistics tell the story of what is really hampering the Carolina Panthers. PS--Sorry for the typo in the Topic line.

I was a big Ben Johnson fan but that wasn't happening. I've come to believe Canales was the guy Morgan wanted all along.

In 25 of Bryce Young's 39 career starts, he has finished with less than 200 yards passing. This was worth all that draft capital? -
Svech to Jarvis!! Now that was some fine puck movement.
