  1. Past hour
  2. At somewhere near his current salary, sure. I don't think he is going to have any desire to come here unless all 31 other teams pass, however.
  3. Yeah, I was about to say if I'm Stafford I'm retiring before coming to this poo show. The guy spent most of his career toiling away for a bad franchise before landing in a good situation with the Rams, why would he want to finish his career with another poo show? I'd just head to the house before doing that. He's made plenty of money.
  4. I'm assuming the thought is bring in a vet for short term stability. Find a youngster that you aren't forced to start week 1. So yeah, Wilson basically repeating what he is doing right now.
  5. Stafford is dinged up constantly. Why on earth would he want to come to the worst franchise in the NFL? He is going to end his career with the Rams.
  6. I'm not against bringing in Trey Lance honestly. He has sat for a while under several different solid coaches and he is still only 25 (turns 26 in May). He has every physical tool you want and I'd like to see what Canales can get out of him. I mean he got the Niners to take him at 3 who typically know what they are doing, they just stumbled into Purdy while he was out.
  7. If we move off Bryce I could see us getting Stafford for the last 2 years of his career and drafting someone high. We’d have to pay him one last fat paycheck cause I can’t imagine he wants to come here. Think he’s already due $30M in 2026, imagine we’d need to give him 40 through 2027
  8. Eh....on paper that is a big upgrade but time isn't being super kind to Wilson. Not nearly as elusive as he once was. Not sure a 38 year old Russell is much more than another 1 year rental. Now, pair him with a good, young drafted QB....I am in. Let the vet take a seasons worth of bullets while we keep building.
  9. Ummm.....what??? Tua has had some good years, but whatever is happening in Miami...no thanks. We have our own burning dumpster to keep. No need to add a second one!
  10. Tua? The best version of Tua was basically Bryce's theoretical ceiling but the current version of Tua has basically regressed to the level of Bryce. I don't know if it's the effect of injuries or what, but his arrow is pointing straight down. Moving on from Bryce to replace him with Tua would be a lateral move at best. Tua needs to be a backup both for football reasons and medical. That dude needs to stop taking hits to the head.
  11. Next QB needs to be 6’3” 240 and put a football through a cinderblock wall. this retread QB aggression will not stand, man.
  12. I have no idea what's going on in Miami. My guess is Tua is about done but that's just based on his injury history. He had a good run given his limitations.
  13. Stepping on to a team with Wirfs, Evans and a perpetually good defense in the weakest division in the NFL. Dream landing spot. I always liked Baker. I appreciated his heart and moxie… 2 essential franchise QB qualities.
  14. We’ll never STOP! It’s in our DNA on that note, bring back PJ!
  15. what could be realistic? I mean, I don't want it to happen at all and I would be totally against it.... but Russell Wilson has high odds of being available. Giants just renting him for a year. He is THE Seattle QB. He would check a lot of the boxes. He is doing it right now for NY and obviously the Canales/Seattle connection.
  16. Ya'll are something else. Stop dumpster diving for QB's.
  17. I'd rather role with Henden Hooker. Maybe attempt to lure away Tyler Huntley from Baltimore.
  18. I'd rather give a uniform to Chris Wienke... this afternoon.
  19. SMH. We need to draft a good QB. Not the smallest weakest experiment but a legitimate talent. What would Tua and Mac bring us other than another 2-4 years of mediocrity? We likely need to clean house because our talent eval is worst in the league, but I still think we need another Cam (good QB, not clone).
  20. If we change qbs then dont just bring in someone with the same weaknesses as bryce. At least pick someone that fits Canales scheme instead of the opposite, like Bryce.
  21. I don’t think this fan base could survive another undersized QB with a weak arm.
  22. It’s our fault for continually drafting these guys. He’s an old 2nd year guy and he had one season in college. If he’s not already set on the mental game, don’t move up to draft him in the first over Coleman and McConkey and De Jean and Frazier, all of whom we needed and are vastly superior players already. Again, to the dolts in here that backed the FO guys religiously, there’s a bunch of huddlers, including me, that would have been better GMs and the team would be a lot more talented if the huddle drafted the team. It’s honestly ridiculous how bad we’ve been in the draft for since 2021. Truly comical. Us fans have to just laugh at how bad it’s been. Even Hurney and Gettleman got something in their drafts so we were competitive and had chances at the playoffs and SBs. It hurts to think about how many years it will be before we sniff another SB or even feel like a SB is possible. Right now it’s just delusional to think that.
