  1. Past hour
  2. Safe travels but the original post sounds like a hard cope and a prayer that you didn’t waste a bunch of money to watch them poo the bed once again.
  3. For the record I will never root for the team to lose for draft picks. Of course we should all be rooting for the division crown and to be in the playoffs, if not you shouldn’t be a fan in my opinion. With that being said, I am not as sold as you are about our coach being an up and comer. The guy is 100 percent hands off with the defense and has some extremely questionable play calls and adjustments after two full years on the job (some coaches only ever get two years). To be an offensive coach and only muster 56 yards passing is pathetic. Not in a drive….or a quarter…..we are taking the entire game with the division title on the line. I don’t even really know what our offensive identity is after two full seasons of him calling plays. I know we WANT to be a running team, but never fully commit to anything other than the check down/ 2-4 yard passing game.
  4. I think the focus is on the NFC South because the two teams contending for the title are the two teams absolutely floundering down the stretch. The Falcons and Saints are clearly better teams right now than us and the Bucs but it is what it is.
  5. progress is progress. I'll take being at the cusp of winning the division over everything else from the past few years. Lets live in the moment. Tommorrow will handle itself.
  6. Fug draft position. We've been waiting years to win and make the playoffs. There is no way people in charge can look at this season and mr 54 yards most recent implosion and what happened to Tua and kyler ( both better qbs imo) and think that Bryce deserves his bag. They'll do his 5th year for due diligence but no long term contract and a legit qb competition is coming next year especially if Bryce poos the bed again vs tb or in the playoffs. No one can think Bryce is a superbowl mvp caliber qb
  7. I want to win, its been a while since we were in a play in game with a winning record in the line. With that being said, I've been seeing Ty Simpson mocked to the Steelers at 20, take that mofo if he available at our pick. Let's see some real balls out of Dan Morgan.
  8. Yeah, he had a clear passing lane where he could have, in theory, put it on a frozen rope. That ball didn't need to have much loft on it...at all. If you look at the pocket shot, the way the ball came out of his hand you would think it was a chunk yard attempt, not barely over a 10 yard pass.
  9. Afc north is in the same boat as us but nobody even talks about them. Only thing the pundits complain about is the nfc south
  10. I loved it. Bryce has had quite a few games where he could've posted a stat line similar to yesterday's but then we get an opportunity like we had yesterday to put together a garbage time drive dink and dunking against prevent D and then the end result ends up looking like a run of the mill bad game from your QB instead of what it actually was which was a Jimmy Clausen-esque "this guy obviously doesn't belong on an NFL field" showing.
  11. the Panthers are the Duke Blue Devils. Only the NFL hasn't' figured out how to exclude people yet
  12. I agree cowardly Absolutely cowardly. I lost a lot of respect for Canales on that move Run home as the bully steals your lunch money and cry to your Momma
  13. We will get embarrassed the next week but I still want to win and make the playoffs. Been way too long
  14. No because if these idiots do win the NFCS they will pat themselves on the back vs accepting how much they still need to improve. If you can't see that after this year you're blind. If they win then get ready for new lows next year. These guys can't even keep it consistent week to week so guess what they do when they take a victory lap?
  15. The NFC South doesn't deserve a playoff team. I mean, we all know that we suck but look at the Bucs. They've only won one game since the start of November.
  16. fug losing. I want to win. Making the playoffs will be a good experience for these young players
  17. Exactly right there are some defining moments in a coach’s career, and as innocuous as that one play seems, it is Canales in a nutshell ’IT IS ALL ABOUT THE FINISH. LEARNING TO FINISH. WE FINISH ON THIS TEAM. EVERY PLAY. EVERY GAME NO MATTER THE SCORE’. BParaphrased after he was questioned after the 49 to 10:@## whipping by Buffalo and how we handle Dalton big talk Dave.
  18. A big fallacy here is somehow you can't make picks to improve this team if we're at pick 19 instead of 17. Win babay. If we get embarrassed in the playoffs, so be it. This season is bonkers. Some of the worst offense I've ever seen at times, but we're somehow here. Let it be and see if we can do something. It will be good for the young dudes.
  19. Yeah I thought circling that T-mac match up didn't make any sense in the tweet either but that should have either gone to Tremble or Chuba way earlier than BY made a decision.
