  1. Past hour
  2. I said it leading up to the draft that I have no idea what the evaluators are looking at when they watch this guy on a college field and translate that to elite QB prospect. He checked zero physical boxes and nothing about his play stylistically translated.
  3. Both those sideline catches were inexcusable and I’ve been a XL guy. Believing this offseason would have him coming back dramatically better. His physical tools are undeniable. And he clearly is a hard worker. But man, to be a receiver and not have the ability to extend your body and drag your feet while pulling the weight off your lower half? That’s a prerequisite to being a receiver. It’s bare minimum stuff. You can be athletic as hell but some stuff you just can’t teach. He looked heavy foot d on both of those plays. Absolutely zero attempt to drag his feet and agility was nowhere to be found. Idk man…
  4. If we have another 2-15 to 6-11 ish season again, I think he's solid top 5 ish bust of all time in terms of QBs. Hard to say he's the worst when his career isn't over.
  5. He's a limp wristed pu$$y. Time to move on.
  6. Competitive will still TBD for this season. I had predicted all offseason we were a 4-7 win team and I am really all about the "how does it look." Right now, terrible. Also wanted answers on Bryce, Ikey, XL, young guys, offseason additions, etc. Right now, Bryce has been answered. He isn't the guy. I am fine with that, better to know now and pivot quickly in the offseason. The rest of the questions.....well....not great so far. Lots of games left. Hopefully we get to see some sense of direction.
  7. He is a bust because he cant play and would have been a bust regardless of where he was taken because he doesnt have the tools to be an NFL QB and somehow draft rooms and draft analysts widely speaking thought he had those tools. The trade makes it hurt more from a Panthers perspective, but he is objectively a top 10 bust regardless
  8. At least it's Carolina where they're lobbing you softballs. Still sucks, still awkward, but imagine what it would be like in say NYC or Philly? LOL
  9. Says the dude dressed as an actual clown. I am talking the view of the player's potential at draft. Dan can't see the future. Go be negative somewhere else. The discussion was about his drafting ability, and I was trying to illustrate the point that you can't judge his picks with hindsight.
  10. Yup unfortunately. I was unimpressed with the pick and he has shown he was overdrafted since then. 5th year option is useless if they are not worth keeping. The only question at this point is do they ship him off this offseason or let him have his year 3 here at this point. He just seems dumb as hell, even by NFL standards. Not great for hope of improvement.
  11. I mean, we've all watched "battles" play out where the "winner" doesn't win. Hell, Moehrig basically flat out said that Ransom should be the other starting safety in his preseason sideline interview and still out trots Nick Scott.
  12. Apparently the Colts have an outspokenly meddling owner but they still managed to throttle the Dolphins with Daniel Jones at QB.
  13. Damn Stroud looks like ass today too. Everyone rusty this week
  14. Just like with BY, he needs the support of others.
  15. The Panthers need to focus way way way less on marketing and image for these players and infinitely more on them actually developing into anything resembling a good player on the football field.
  16. Its hard to do that and keep respect of the team because players "see" who won battles, but IMO, if he snaps even one mother fuging ball that doesnt hit bryce in the hands, dude is gone. Of the shitty play from this week, he was the "shittiest" play.
  17. I'd say top 5 or 10. He at least looked ok for 6 weeks of his soon to be end of career
  18. Just to add, by my eyes it seemed BY was not the correct depth. He looked too close or it seemed cobert didn't know how far he was set. I know one play early cobert was trying to talk to hunt and get set, hunt had his head hung far down and never looked up. He seemed to be in loads of pain and the delay didn't help the pain or meds....
  19. Sure looks that way. Can't blame that sideline incompletion on QB play. He had all the room in the world to get both feet down and just didn't.
  20. Packers dominated the Lions, didn't catch the game. Wonder what happened? Looks like Lions RBs both averaged under 2.5 yards per carry, goff threw a INT. Looks like Love played a clean game, 2 TD no INTs In general it looks like the Lions struggled offensively. Maybe losing their OC will have a bigger impact that some people thought.
  21. Our team is too busy putting the worst possible Iggy replacement on the field to pay attention to who should be starting C...
  22. If we were a competent organization the decision would have been made right then and there to take Stroud.
  23. agree to disagree, but have a good rest of yer night man. just praying for us to be competitive and think we arent going about it right.
  24. Good thing they spent the last year and a half letting Andy and Plummer fug around in practice, no competition or fire under any of them
  25. 10/10 mascot but a 0/10 football player Probably might want to start making connections with ESPN for a role as one of their clowns because he'll be out of the league before long
  26. We get a top 3 pick...they'll pick up the option on Bryce and draft him another weapon. That's where my faith in this team is.
