  1. Past hour
  2. At some point, to go forward, they must have have a threat of a vertical game The lack of one won’t get a nfl team far in 2025 unless Dalton can give them a boost, 7 and10 max wins possible but they must address that issue in the off season
  3. Dave's only shot is to test that 31st raked run defense. Anything that keeps Allen off the field as long as they can.
  4. It will look different in some respects because Andy is not going to go off script. He will also take more chances because he has nothing to lose really. He's washed and he knows it but will do the best he can. I admire him for the effort however fleeting it may be. It is what it is. Sometimes miracles do happen but im not expecting one.
  5. And it is delicate because Chuba is a Captain. I expect him to put the team first though, when push comes to shove.
  6. Back to back losses and the bye week to stew over it, I don't think there is any recipe to beat them this week. And that has basically nothing to do with my thoughts about the Panthers, I'd probably say the same thing if the Bills were playing any one of about 20-25 other teams this week in that scenario.
  7. Sure if they want to do something like this AT+2026 3rd for Panthers 6th....
  8. Yeah ageeed. We are back to Fox ball and that is dependent on this patchwork OL. Especially looking forward to seeing the old school play action game, how that works. Because it should. And the defense will be tested.
  9. I think the only real shot they have at beating the Bills is to run the ball. Then run it some more. Run it until they have no RB left that is able to stand up. Anything short of that the Bills are not going to lose this game. They've had extra time to study this team and they will have home field advantage in Charlotte. If Canales gets cute and tries to get into a shootout with Allen he will lose.
  10. I’d honestly call Kwesi and see if Adam would be willing to come back for the back half of the season
  11. One of those INTs was a easy TD with a better throw, same for the one Wallace was allowed to catch up with...... NFL games are mostly 3-5 plays away for either winning or losing... Jets beat last years Panthers too....
  12. Yeah. I have not been disappointed in the defense nor the offense except the lack of faith in the QB - and he has done some decent things. It isn’t all bad Just so limiting and that’s what I mean by as currently constructed. They have mostly beat who they were supposed to. I am not sure how to view the Bills. Except to not be expecting them to lose three in a row. I would say they shouldn’t be expected to beat them so if they do then they elevate into the other category of pulling an upset or two. The next step after winning those you should win. I am really not a greedy fan- meaningful games in late December are going to keep me engaged and basically non pissed off. I mean that is my bottom line expectation from the franchise on a yearly basis. It will change in specific seasons with maybe some higher expectations but we aren’t there right now. But I can see it from here with a tweak to the defense and better QB play. PS - how I really feel about .500 and now .570 is we were there at the end of 2022 and threw it all away to step up - and are just now getting back there. After so much waste of assets and the improvement that could have been made with them. Super frustrating.
  13. That 1 series Dowdle/1 series Chubba isn't going to work... if we're going to split carries then let Chubba open up the game and after halftime give it to Rico. Let Chubba tire'em out and let Dowdle finish'em. Or Vice Versa. Or give'em both 2 series a peice and whoever is the most effective, let em work for the remainder. Idunno, but the offense did look smoother after Rico came in. Dude had 400 plus in two games and still didn't start. Stupid is as stupid does. If he was the only rb on the roster he'd be the #1 rusher in the entire league, and it wouldn't even be close. That said, I still think Chubba has a role but I wouldn't bench the hot hand for it.
  14. Tyler Lockette just got released id kick those tyres and have Coker as depth
  15. I still enjoy the ronde barber one and here's a saints one too,
  16. You say that now, but watch out when the Panthers start doing this with the QBs too!!1!11!!
  17. I made my judgement before the 2023 draft over what I saw on video and it was just ridiculous with the Bruce advocates using college to speculate all summer long. You can’t successfully argue against it because there are no examples of him playing vs veteran NFL talent. It was really hard to just sit back and watch all the cock sure fapping. All based on college tape. Most of the same people are still fighting that fight though. Don’t believe your lying eyes - I have the stats right here that will prove you didn’t see that.
  18. Dave should be smart enough to get all he can out of Rico as he is auditing and on a hot streak. You don't mess with a hot streak. Ask any successful gambler.
  19. I said it when we signed him. It’s the Shy Tuttle contract but way more expensive all over again
  20. They are getting there. They have beaten the teams they should have, so far. They should have beaten the Cards and would have if Young hadn't spotted then a couple of touchdowns in the 1st quarter. So far his limited play has allowed others to step up and give the rest of the team enough motivation to fight on.
  21. The only question now is how long does it last. Rico is a hell of a runner but staying power for RB's just isn't what it used to be anymore.
  22. Tershawn Wharton looks severely undersized out there as a DT. Never liked that signing.
