Rumoured week 1 slate -
I know Cam gets lots of " why didn't you deliver back-2-back winning seasons ", Luke deserves the same HEAT. only RR and his crew of clown coaches(minus DL wash and DC mcderp) could be gifted those rosters and not break the curse...

No, but I expect to get one this year. Probably away Thursday night at Tampa or Atlanta. -
Round 6, Pick 32 (#208) - Jimmy Horn Jr, WR, Colorado

Be great if can repeat those numbers and be a returner here. Panthers are going to have a problem that other teams have, there's only one ball.... All the 1st rounder WRs/others, TEs, and the 3 deep RB room..... I swear targets will be slim pickings weekly. I like horn lots more after watching his routes, plus he's got the missing piece to the rec group- deep speed. Fact is he was the 208th pick in a weak draft, he was already on notice. I think he will be a team player this season and stick on the 53 with week of inactives mixed in with some 3recs 40 yards games. Like the rock says "Know your role", I believe horn does and will happily wait his turn and do what's needed on ST. I feel etienne will win the main returner role, but horn should put up a good fight until the roster is set. He feels like a Doug Baldwin the Panthers version. But don't mind me, I am huffin the panther fumes and horn is one of my main targets to get high... I had to, cause I have no UDFA to champion this year. -

The NBA is so laughably against any level of parity between big market teams and small market teams it is absurd beyond rationalization. The only time the league has thrown a small market team a bone in many years is when they gave the Pelicans the first overall pick to select Anthony Davis and that is because the league owned the team at the time! And even then that was over Charlotte who had the worst single season win percentage in league history. Then the league turned around and gave the same franchise another first overall pick to select Zion Williamson only 7 years later. Meanwhile the Hornets haven't had a first overall pick in 34 years. Viewership has already been down. It's certainly not going to go in the other direction once the last few old school stars retire. The newer generations of stars can barely play half a season in some instances so they certainly aren't going to carry the league. And the small market teams that the NBA has poo on for years will eventually struggle to fill seats. Then you get to the product itself with all the flopping and players making hundreds of millions of dollars in earnings complaining about fans. The writing is on the wall. They're only speeding up the inevitable. Let it all come falling down.

Hornets Screwed in NBA Draft Lottey...Again
Basbear replied to chknwing's topic in Charlotte Hornets
TOTAL JOKE. If you were on the fence about leaving the NBA as a fan, you now have many reasons including this most recent fraud BS. WWE is 10 steps above the NBA and its for choreographed soap opera BS. I hope the whole league folds. -
