Unless Dave Canales and Dan Morgan just completely had the Bears and Commanders games from last year completely wiped from their memory they knew full well what they were getting months ago with Andy Dalton when they both saw fit to give him an extension. They are super precocious about injury these days, it honestly doesn't hurt to wear the boot and it may prevent further injuring certain foot/ankle/toe injuries. I do think he didn't have the high ankle like reported, this may have not had any swelling either. But for it heal and be practicing in wet environment ......like what is happening?!?!?

The player needs to younger than 25 with some sort of multi-year contract length. I remember Rod Gardner trade and think how smart and how great of move that would result for the Panthers........I think he caught 3 balls and was a total non-factor.... Eyeball test never aligns with that they say about an “injured” Bryce. Find a limp or a day where he was off his feet either year. for whatever reason they shelved him for a week. Plenty of QBs this season alone have played on grade 1 sprains and looked worse than Bryce. They are good though
