Ok so now who you pulling for in the playoffs?

After getting beat this year by the Bills, I hope they leave the playoffs today. -
2026 Panthers Free Agents… who you keeping and who can walk
45catfan replied to TheBigKat's topic in Carolina Panthers
Actually, I'd keep most of them on the offense. Rico, Moore and Corbett can walk. All of the ERFAs and RFAs across the board. Both STs guys, obviously. The defense needs a total overhaul of FAs. -
Rico Dowdle sounds like he’s gone
UnluckyforSome replied to MichaelNewtonII's topic in Carolina Panthers
He is directly responsible for 2 wins at least. That said, best of luck to you, sir. -

ProcessBlue2 replied to MichaelNewtonII's topic in Carolina Panthers
His production dropped off after he won the job. He padded his stats against some bad defenses and I think Chuba was hurt to start the season which impacted him early. Let him go. Draft another RB in the middle to late rounds to mix in with Hubbard, Brooks, Etienne -
Has he been getting HC looks this year? Someone at the stadium said he was getting a ton of HC interviews but I hadn't heard of any.
-
It’s a really good free agent class for running backs this year so good luck to Rico. I hope we can replace him with Isaiah Pacheco.

Shaq Thompson is showing out today.

Your Feelings on Bryce Through 3 Seasons? (POLL)
Peon Awesome replied to Hoenheim's topic in Carolina Panthers
Kind of a oversimplification, don't you think? The Rams are significantly better at pretty much every single position minus the secondary, and once Horn left, even that became a toss up. Stafford was also just named 1st team all pro. I wouldn't exactly act like him having a C game being better than Bryce's A game is some major indictment. But yeah, Stafford is head and shoulders better than Bryce, that's not up for debate. -
Bad time to stub your toe. Still like the Jags to win this.
-
Not likely. They won’t be giving up on him long term so I see a stop gap vet and re signing someone like Yosh/Christiansen to a 1 year deal until Icky can come back. If we do draft someone it will likely be someone who can be a Moton replacement and still help as a LT fill in until Icky can return such as JC Latham, Amarius Mims or Taliese Fuaga

IDC... if it's not the Panthers I won't watch. It's NFL draft and NHL season for me. Go Canes! -
He's down.

You mean one throw (4th), Horn could've caught but also was a pretty poor target. Its just so tiring pretending all the wasted drives dont have an impact on the game. But once again beating a dead horse. Statistically Bryce is arguably our worst commit, could he change that going forward? Absolutely and I hope he does. -
2026 Panthers Free Agents… who you keeping and who can walk

The guys in green, I keep. Yosh Nijman was quietly very solid for us. Coker goes without saying. I think Cade get's mid starting Center 3 year extension. Everyone else in green has a role, but shouldn't break the bank. The guys in blue I would like to have back, but at team friendly deals that won't kill us if we cut them. We could do worse than having BC and AC as depth linemen. After Ickey's injury we need a young tackle. I will take AC, Curhan, and BC (health dependent) as interior back-ups. In 2027 we draft for depth. I'm not sure how the contracts for Wonnom and Jones Jr. are structured, but I could see DJW back on a much lower contract. If Ickey has a torn ACL like I've heard, we are drafting a LT in the first round no questions asked. I think if we spend a little money on a high caliber LB or draft a solid player in the 2nd or 3rd round Wallace, Cherelus, and Roseboom all have a role as depth pieces. WR Jalen Coker (ERFA) WR Brycen Tremayne (ERFA) TE James Mitchell (RFA) OT Yosh Nijman OL Brady Christensen OL Austin Corbett OL Jake Curhan C Cade Mays DL LaBryan Ray (RFA) OLB Trevis Gipson OLB Thomas Incoom (RFA) OLB D.J. Wonnum ILB Claudin Cherelus (RFA) ILB Christian Rozeboom S Nick Scott S Isaiah Simmons P Sam Martin LS JJ Jansen -

Options 5 and 6 are running away with the poll. Combining 0ptions 3/4 and 7/8; they cancel each other out. The vast majority of people think Bryce is an average QB, but slightly differ on his career future. -

I wish we had gotten Coen instead of canales. Coen looks so much better as a coach -
This could be interesting because he could interview for a HC job. Since he was extended we would get compensation pick if he does get a gig. I don't believe we would have gotten one had he not be under contract.

This doesn’t feel like a Canales call. Evero was forced on him to begin with seems to me Tepper is setting the table where if things don’t go well next year……he wipes it all clean

Person said it's through 2027

Do what we have to go to get Sonny Styles in here

I don't agree with that whatsoever. You put 31 points on the board you should win the game. Defense is what lost that game yesterday, not because Bryce didn't drive us to a game tying field goal with 32 seconds on the clock. Also considering two of the passes he threw should have been caught.
