  2. Love smitty, but can you put him ahead of Moss, Harrison, Fitz, Jefferson, Megatron, TO , Andre Johnson, Deandre Hopkins, Evans, Tyreek and several others not immediately coming to mind? Smitty only has 9 more career receiving TDs than Marquis Colston (yes, I know Brees). Colston never even made first team pro bowl. It’s painful to say, but he’s not even top 10 when considering his competition
  3. Maybe you just don't like the guy, and is completely incapable of offering an unbiased perspective.
  4. I agree with y'all on CMC - love him but over LT(2)? Not sure I can agree with that....LT was a beast But honestly they focused way too much on Peak > Career. Priest Holmes had more TD's than Henry in a 3-yr span but not yardage. And Holmes ONLY had those 3 elite years - Henry has had 4 (5 if you count 2021 before the injury) and his 2nd best was at 30-yr old. Can't get onboard with the RB list man.
  5. Interesting that I said if your driving so close and so aggressive that it feels like you’re in my backseat I wouldn’t let you bully me and I’m somehow the inconsiderate ass.
  6. I love Smitty, favorite Panther ever, but this is a tough position for the last 25 years. I don't think he is too far off the list but it would be tough to pick him over any of these guys without bias involved.
  7. Either way we are gonna fug up the draft. We always do. It doesn't matter whose in charge
  8. We need to trade Lamelo. He is toxic and hardly ever plays. Also I wouldn't even consider him a super star. Maybe starish but not all that imo.
  9. We need to trade Lamelo. He is toxic and hardly ever plays. Also I wouldn't even consider him a super star. Maybe starish but not all that imo.
  10. ESPN latest mock has Hornets passing up on Ace Bailey to take Kon, and we’d be just dumb enough to do that.
  11. Our day 2 track record over the past 3 decades has been abysmal. We've had a couple of hits, but there has been far more head scratching than a bad case of head lice.
  12. Also nabbed a wild trade price for a RB. People were upset but that was far more than he was worth. Now, if you want to talk about how terribly we squandered those resources....that is unquestionably true.
  13. I usually drive 8-10 over as well, if I'm going faster than the lane behind me and an asshole comes up behind me on my ass and I'm already going well over the speed limit, they will have to wait till I can safely get over. What they want is for you to go faster which is being an asshole
  14. I usually drive 5-8 miles above speed limit but do sometimes go with traffic which can be 10-15 over on highway. Shoo, I drive behind local cops who go 10-15 over speed limit. I never drive above 5mph in school zone. Most cops do not care if you go 5-8 miles above speed limit unless school zone. If you drive speed limit, create bottleneck and do not yield, you are an ass.
  15. Just common courtesy in my book.
  16. Honestly they won’t have to play with him much he only suits up for 10-20 games a year
  17. It's these same type of "there's no law on the book to force me to be a decent person with some consideration for others so I'll drive like a selfish prick" people who are the first people to cry "road rage" when someone blows by them and offers them a one fingered salute. LOL
  18. I've also seen agents saying certain players don't want to come to / be drafted by Charlotte as they don't want to play with Ball.
  19. If there is 1 thing this team has shown it is more than capable of, it is heart-breaking disappointment. I wait until there are some preseason games before I get too optimistic, because I cannot think of a time when we looked bad in preseason and it didn't directly translate to the regular season. There has never been a switch this team could throw and turn it on, even in the good years. Regarding the Atlanta game, I am hesitant to make much of it. Don't get me wrong..wins are nice, and wins against hated rivals are even nicer. On its own though, it might just be that, and not a trend.
  20. Oddly enough, the Panthers did the right thing trading CMC. He was going to command a huge contract as a home grown, fan favorite and great player when healthy.
  21. Front row tickets to the Cardinals game secured. Took a break for a couple years but this will be stadium 15 for me so I'm halfway through visiting every stadium.
  22. Yeah, I feel like that is even a stretch. I say this as a guy who argued vehemently against signing him to a big extension like we did. CMC is a great player and good person. I just believe the modern NFL is clearly anti-RB spending. We see outliers like Barkely that people like to quote but that is not reflective of the entire NFL's opinion on RB's.
  23. Yesterday
  24. I was at that game. Man, what a time to be a panthers fan!
  25. Don’t be upset if you get smoked and cut. Left lane is a passing lane… if I go 80 on 70 and someone rolls behind me, I yield. End of story. If not, you get smoked. These folks who barely crawl on left lane and when you try to pass em, they gun it.
  26. Yeah, seeing a ton of talk that we’re listening to offers for him. Going back to LJ, Mourning, Kobe, Eddie Jones, Baron, and now Lamelo. It always follows the same playbook. Media hypes and pumps “potential blockbuster” deals with our star player to the big markets/media darling teams. the smoke machine keeps churning. Then it’s rumored we are entertaining said offers (even if there was never talks or substance to the rumors). Then finally, we make a shitty deal that realistically only benefits the big market/media darling, get poo on, then languish in continued mediocrity with the added insult of having no star player whatsoever. Wash, rinse, repeat.
