Haven't seen that. Believe TC is 90. -

I think the camp limit is 92 or 93 unless it's been changed for this year. -

I think it can be anytime before training camp. Don't know of a minicamp limit. -

Do you know when the cut down date is? I'm lazy. -
The way I see it... Hunter starts day 1. They can't double team him and DB without Lloyd, Scourton or Phillips having an open lane to the QB. Hecht and Freeling are 2027 starters on the o-line and Freeling likely beats out Walker in 2026. Expect more jumbo packages. Brazzell's main competition is XL (who I think is a no-reasonable-offer-refused kind of guy at this point). Plus, he seems to be the perfect Z compliment to TMac and Coker. Even IF he's not a day 1 starter, he still contributes a lot this season. Lee is hopefully Jackson's heir apparent. Wheatley will compete for starting FS from day 1. Kuwatch is a ST ace who just might eek out some reps at ILB. I KNOW that i have my rose colored glasses on, but I see all 7 making a contribution this year. Hell of a draft IMO.

I think it was over the limit by 2, on something I read yesterday. TO your point, we need to cut 2, I believe. Not confirmed yet. -

Does anyone know the total roster count so far? -
The equivalent of a one legged man in a ass kicking contest.

To bad we had the tiebreaker over Tampa and this could have been reality. Ickey didn't get hurt in the regular season remember, it was that feel good/hopium playoff game where we had a zero shot of advancing deep where his injury occurred. We could have drafted Rueben Bain Junior instead of the Bucs or traded back.
-
Last draft and this most recent one, Dan offset the bustability of each pick by choosing healthy dudes who were steady contributors at big name schools. No reaching. No tweeners. No projects. No big injuries. Contrast the XL, Brooks and Bryce picks. Chance of bust was off the chart. Those drafts were felonious.

I would to, but there's not a time machine. It's Cam with limited weapons and a legendary defense or Bryce with weapons and a marginal defense. I'd still take Cam with the limited weapons and that defense. If you haven't noticed a pattern with Bryce, with few exceptions, he wins when our defense shows up. When he can play game manager and be a 'point guard', limit his mistakes and at minimum get us in FG range, we usually win. When the defense struggles, he can't put the team on his back. Yes, I know, there have been a VERY few games where he bucks that trend, but those are obviously outliers. This offense with Bryce isn't going to boat race any team in the NFL (one game in three years).

The only difference I can see is either a TE, ILB (earlier) or RT at Wheatley's spot at #151. You know who the next pick was? Justin Joly to Denver at #152. Him or Tanner Kozoil TE out of Houston. There was a run on TEs in round 5. The ILB talent and OT talent was just about depleted. OT Crownover went nearly a full round later in the 6th, but that may have been a reach. Based on value and availability, the pick would have been TE.

Lol

I would give Cam this current offense over the 2015's. Much better depth offensive line, better WR's. No Olsen, but a usable group. Dowdle > that version of Stewart, Chubba clears the other backs too.
-
I could easily say if refs don't rig the last saints and bucs game we're a 10-7 team. The close wins were a sign of a team learning how to win from the year before.
-
Woah. This team has improved on paper, but the 2026 version still is not he the same zip code of the 2003 and 2015 teams. No effective TEs, marginal RBs, decent, but not elite, defense and most importantly, inconsistent QB play.
-
Let them disrespect us. They never thought we'd be any good going into the 2003 or 2015 seasons. It's time to run it back on them again.
-
If we get three solid players out of this draft (or any other) its a good draft. Of course, we won't really know how good it is until 2 years or so have gone by.

Evero is the coaching equivalent of Everette Brown. -
I agree, we will win at least 10.
-
i dont think people realize without dowdle panthers would have been picking top ten this years draft. byoung still rarely eclipses the 200 yard mark top 10 draft spot really seems like where the panthers will be this year replacing the qb
-
6-11 with a bad offense and I see heads rolling
-
The QB isn't a QB, and the lineup of opponents doesn't look good. I think it will be another bad season. The league is not built in a way to mask bad QB play anymore. I'm figuring 11 losses this season assuming we split the division games... and the sad part is if we had the most average of average performance from the QB position I can genuinely see this roster delivering 11 wins or more.
