everything is about matchups and who you are playing. I do think it's the worst matchup for our D on the year. and Bryce Young outdoors and on the road......is generally not good for the pass game. He has 2 games this season over 200 yards and they were both in domes.

This has the potential to be a signature win to finally tell the league we aren’t playing around anymore. We’re no longer a doormat and have a WC shot. It also has the potential for another rollercoaster-ride awakening type performance turning back into poo. We tend to not operate in between these two sides this season lol.

I feel like most of his are going to fall under this category. I feel like it was just a couple weeks ago they mentioned Bryce only kneeling in the victory formation a couple times his career. Mostly due to the poor record, but also due to most of his wins being on GWDs.

I don't think that's unfair. It is still in the 4th quarter. It's not really supposed to be the sort of definitive stat that people are making it out to be. Just a general measure of a player leading their team to victory in that final quarter and how often that happened.

I don’t watch much college ball to scout draft picks. I didn’t know how right the guy was, but I did know that defense wasn’t going to give us proper value at 8. So I didn’t argue with it, but I didn’t know either.

Carolina's pass attack on the season has largely been pretty consistent IMO. You basically have 3 pretty much random 2nd halves were the pass game got ramped up outside the norm. I think the real steady improvement you can see in Carolina is the defense.

Good way to frame it. Like I said somewhere, I approached it as a cheap way to pimp Bryce when I learned that the Giants win last year fit the criteria. Then I started looking at it and it is just, it has problems.

My definition is that you have to score to win the game on the last possession. Your last possession. If the other team gets 1 last possession after your defense has to hold that lead on the opponents last possession to win the game.

It is definitely imperfect. The spirit of it we instinctively know, but then the legalese around the gate keeping just mucks it up. And it doesn’t represent that ideal any more.
