Solid Breakdown of Bryce's Poor Performance/PFF Stuff
mc52beast replied to Matthias's topic in Carolina Panthers
That’s because Panther fans love to dismantle their football players. They live in a constant state of misery. Look at what they did with Cam, one of the greatest athletes in Panther history. -
You never know with them, they traded parsons after all
-
Canales needs to grow a set. Don’t just push for your DC to play young guys, MAKE YOUR DC play young guys. WTH kind of coach kindly asks and then sits back while the coordinator refuses.

Solid Breakdown of Bryce's Poor Performance/PFF Stuff

I feel like people just look for articles to justify their opinion. They said Bryce is bad so it must be a good breakdown. They said Bryce wasn’t great but wasn’t all his fault so it must be a trash breakdown cause that’s not what I saw!!!! -
No way Panther fans can give someone a couple years to develop. If they aren’t playing like a HOFer year one get rid of them.
-
Sure am glad we have all these couch potato GM’s who can declare a guy is trash a couple years into their career. Yall should apply for open positions next year.
-
And Morgan foolishly put Coker on the practice squad. We could of easily lost him so it hard to give Dan too much credit there.

Spot on man, don’t need analytics and stats to explain that. -
You are correct, Hurney was the GM from 2017-2020.
-
or why would Dallas trade him?
-
Plus do you really want to pay him 60 million a year? And what makes anyone think he would waive his no trade clause to come here
-
I mean, Hunt and Lewis were free agents. Not sure that counts.

Solid Breakdown of Bryce's Poor Performance/PFF Stuff
Matthias replied to Matthias's topic in Carolina Panthers
Listen, I got nothing personal against Bryce. I personally watched the first half of the game before I had to go to work. My mind on his performance at that time was 'If he doesn't throw that interception and have that fumble, we could have made it a game, even have the lead'. Yet after seeing all the breakdowns of his game, and particularly the one in the OP, I conclude Bryce's game is completely terrible. Yes, our defense stinks, but against a team like Jacksonville, they probably would have done much better if we had competent play at the QB spot. Competent QB play would have limited the amount of times they were on the field. Which would have eliminated a lot of those big runs by virtue of not being on the field, or if Trevor Lawrence throwing the ball in a down-a-score scenario. I hate it and I don't really like the negative talk surrounding one guy. However, it's just too obvious Bryce might be holding the team back. Even more than our defense is holding us back. -
Yes i shared that second video yesterday along with one from Panthers advice both are credible at some point, people have to accept the tape dont lie Accept what their eye see 3 called turnovers dont lie, shoulda been 4 In the nfl, if you aint got at least a consistent qb, you aint got nothing if isnt just the turnovers, it is the timing of them bith in game and situational of the season like someone said, when it doesn't matter, he plays well. When it does matter, forget about it, he does not handle the expectations

The assistant director came from Washington, after being there for 15 years. The pro director has been with the Panthers since 2017 "started as an intern, been promoted regularly since then" NFL scouting and coaching is weird
-
really makes you go back and rethink the preseason and that talk. We know for the second year in a row Dave worked his young and not very good starters very light.....they looked awful in preseason and it carried through to week 1. 2 years in a row. this year, Dave was really big on everyone that isn't the OC playcaller and DC playcaller needed work in the preseason......more than the actual playcallers. that's not a good look at for the HC. Really looks like the HC isn't up for this rodeo. every moaning about Corbett's snaps. Every snap is going down as the 1 second hits the 0 mark. That's not bad snapping. That's a C desperately trying to avoid penalties (and narrowly avoiding it almost every down often to the millisecond) for the offense because the O isn't running right. I think folks should re-evaluate the Corbett bashing a little.

The off-season happened. Momentum doesn’t carry over from season to season. -
When my wife know whether or not we are going to run or pass based on the down and distance that is then confirmed by the formation and can make blitz calls pre-snap the gameday calls are a major problem. And dont get me wrong, she is a smart lady, but she 'aint a NFL coordinator

I like this guy's style. There isnt much tolerable analysis out there -
So are great defensive players. Our D is awful but our O is worse. Sucks because of how much draft capital on that side of the ball.
-
Give me the quarterback most like Cam because that is the last time I have enjoyed watching Panther's football.
