  1. Past hour
  2. Lol damn he said that ??!?? ... Regardless though, he's fast as hell. And he seems to already have an established fan base. I think Renfrow takes his snaps during the season but at worse, I think he's our PR and KR. He has the type of talent that you have to utilize in some form.
  3. I dont get the infatuation with wanting one of these old dudes to be 3rd or better in receptions. We have two first round pick WRs and a UDFA in Coker who showed real promise. Not to mention our TE and RBs, plus Horn. Any number of dudes we should be developing and giving these looks too, not Renfrow or AT. They are on their way out of the league.
  4. You could be right in the end. But the Panthers homer in me doesn't want to hear all that lol.
  5. Luke is a no brainer, should have been first ballot. The other guys are a maybe one day.
  6. Yeah, I believe he will. That body of work, the 15-1 season. His cleats are already there. The only thing that could keep Cam out is a scandal of some kind.
  7. Luke is a lock. Look at his accolades and Patrick Willis who retired at similar young age and got in. 89 has pissed a lot of people off and I think he’ll have to wait a while — unjustly. Both should’ve been obvious first ballots, but alas, here we are. Both will get in eventually but I think Luke will come first. He frankly should’ve been first ballot. LOVE TD and Greg but neither is a HoF lock, not even super likely. Maybe get in down the road in a weaker class, but I expect neither to ever get in. Panthers legends without a doubt though.
  8. Today
  9. Glad to see Wallace hitting hard enough to piss someone off. I thought his biggest weakness last season was his strength.
  10. Cam Newton 2015 discourse has appeared on my X timeline b/c it began with comparing Hurts to Cam and whatnot. It's weird how disengaged I feel from it all, I have lived the Cam Newton experience and know it like the back of my hand. The amount of incorrect information/opinions is so staggering that I just don't even engage in that content. On top of the fact that I avoid any and all SB50 like it's the plague, if I never see another second of info from that game it wouldn't be enough.
  11. So, Dabo talked Renfrow into not retiring, and Renfrow wanted to play ONLY for the Panthers. https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/45843802/dabo-swinney-talked-panthers-hunter-renfrow-retiring
  12. I think Chuba said it well in the post practice interview. "Nobody is really thinking about how they are going to hit somebody, they are just trying to make plays." Or something to that effect. Don't want to botch his quote, but that was the idea.
  13. I remember Hoover filling in at RB in 2004 and did pretty well. Had over 4 ypc and almost 100 yards in a game.
  14. That is what he is saying he is doing NOW. Actions speak louder than words. If he sandbagged it for whatever reason before, that is not a good sign for his "football DNA." Talk is cheap. Trust me, I want him to be the best. He is my wife's favorite player, and after Luke and TD left, we had some dark times where she was so hurt she was claiming she would never care about this team again lol.
  15. I'm all for intensity. But this is the move I'd expect from a bubble player trying to make the roster. If you're a Week 1 starter, you don't need to tee off on your teams #1 RB to make a name for yourself. This would be a really stupid reason to have your #1 running back injured before the season starts.
  16. Sounds like it was a heat of the moment thing. I just listened to Chuba's interview after practice and he was complimenting Wallace for playing hard. He kept saying he loved it. This is what we need boys.
  17. Nah look at his All pro selections. He has just as many as a lot of those already in it. He is a lock.
  18. I like some good ole scuffling in practice. I do question the intelligence of dudes that throw hands though on a football field. here is an example of 2 players showing good football IQ. don't swing at nobody until you pry the helmet off. Throwing hands is a good way to miss the season pending you are an offensive skill player that needs their hands.
  19. Anger/Fire = they care This is a good thing.
  20. Google translate can't decipher what X is putting out. It comes back saying, Are you serious?
  21. only lock I think in time is Luke. 89 and Cam are bringing more things to do the table than just ball and it gets really weird with them IMO. As in, a lot of voters just aren't going to like them....and there will be tons of easy options for them to pick over them when it's close decision for a voter.
  22. Nostalgia is kicking big time. Also, RIP Jimmy. He’s in one of the last picks. https://www.carolinahuddle.com/profile/9370-jimmy/
  23. Hunter Renfrow getting punt return work per Canales
  24. I love Thomas Davis but I don't think he'll make it. Steve Smith Cam Newton and Luke Kuechly are what I would refer to as eventual locks. It's not a matter of if just when. It could be a long while though. I do see Olsen as having a good chance. People forget he actually had the record at the time for most consecutive 1k yards seasons for a TE with three. Kelce shattered it of course with seven consecutive which is insane. But still. That's rare company.
  25. Have you ever heard him talk? He is just saying he’s doing whatever it takes…
