After allowing 21 points in the first half, the defense held the Ram to only 7 in the second. Looks like Evero made some halftime adjustments. Unfortunately, the D was not prepared at the start of the game. Without the two picks the score could have easily been 35 - 10 at halftime putting the game out of reach.

Last game against Saints, Horn fell down on both TDs. Something normally will not happen. Flip side, the Panthers offense was terrible. I don’t see either happening the next game when we go 8-6.

Kryce Barns looking like a Madden player getting sucked into blocks. Has a wide open lane to the ball carrier and consistently finds an offensive lineman instead.

Well, Dave obviously does not trust Bryce to move them down the field passing the ball and the Defense and has yet to slow down the Rams. Calling timeouts would have given the Rams plenty of time to add to their lead. The two pass plays called on the last drive resulted in a terrible pass thrown to a wide open Leggette and a sack. Not much more you can do if you don’t trust your QB.

I think the writing is on the wall with Bryce and you can tell by the play calling. Canales does not trust Bryce. We ride the running backs or die. Funny Bryce showed promise at the end of the season last year. But he somehow quickly loses confidence and goes Back to the same mentality of not wanting to make mistakes. Then he makes them. They have to bring in a vet next season and draft a WB in the mid rounds.

I beg to differ. Renfrow had to pass a physical before he was signed. He was not signed to play 100% of the plays anyway. Renfrow will be fine and will take over AT’s roles if traded.

I don’t think anyone thinks Perkins can play with the first unit and succeed. Everyone pointing out the fact he looks better than Plummer with only two practices. I was really pulling for Plummer to figure it out and take Dalton’s spot at QB2. Oh well, there was a reason they brought in Perkins.

Perkins passes were tight and mostly accurate when he had time to throw. Impressed with him only have a couple practices. I think Plummer was looking over his shoulder last night and was straight up awful. Even his touchdown pass looked pretty bad. Perkins should make the practice squad over Plummer.
