Panthers terminating Rock Hill project agreements
CBDellinger replied to Dorian Gray's topic in Carolina Panthers
Agreed. I think he’s angling for the state to step in and they just might. -
So can you validate this OP? Got any creepy selfie pics where Rhule and 59 just happen to be in the background?

Tepper might not remain the richest owner?

Wonderful, dudes a bigger asshole than Tepper. -
Rockhill site going south fast it seems.

The incentive deal states the City of Rock Hill would forgo all its property tax revenue from the Panthers project for up to the next 30 years. The Rock Hill School District would do the same for 75 percent of its revenue, and the county 65 percent. Property tax is the largest source of revenue in York County. -

They will certainly know what’s at stake if they don’t. Its times like these that I wish Darrin Gantt was able to really speak his mind. -

They absolutely knew that the city of rock was over leveraged and would have issues getting the bonds at a reasonable rate. It was talked about in the media b4 the deal was made. -

Tax payer funded stadiums and sports facilities are scam. They rarely produce enough to make it worthwhile. People over estimates the value of a sports team in their city. A baseball team playing 81 home games has as much impact as a mid sized dept store. The money is all in the TV deals. I agree about it being a boondoggle tho. And the state level is exactly what Tepper is after. And it'll prob happen because the project is so far along and Tepper would prob bankrupt Rock Hill if he goes after them to recoup the 170 mil he says he has in it. -

Yall are crazy if you think the nfl is gonna let Tepper move the team outta this market. Even crazier to think he wants to move outta this market. -
Running QBs don’t win Superb Owls
CBDellinger replied to Lets go get it Canes's topic in Carolina Panthers
There’s running and then there is running for yardage. Those guys both run around a ton, they are just really good at keeping their eyes downfield and throwing b4 they cross the los. -

So Tepper fires rhule and then what? No reason to believe he won’t make another dumbass decision when he hires the next coach. Tepper sucks. When it comes to running a football team the guy couldnt find his ass even if he had four arms and all the lights on. -
That add is so bad. In all seriousness you really need to tell them to pick another image, Jeremy. No one wants to see a page full of eggshell dongs when they log onto the huddle.

Houston’s trying to make Tepper panic.
-
Lemme guess... he's gonna pray on it?
-
Somebody need to buy Gary Cobb some fuging air pods. I feel violated by his ear holes.
-
This is Houston pumping fakenews to reporters in an attempt to drive up the price. Dont believe the hype.
-
Unless Tepper goes back on his word and freezes him out, like Cal McNair did, then I dont think it’ll be an issue.
-
This.
-
Not surprised at all.
-
Yes. he’s a proven commodity and first round picks used on QBs are lottery tickets.
